eating habbits

As long home cook, not too salty & oily, no fried food should be fine..

Diet must be balance and “colorful”.. for example, green vege, orange carrot, yellow banana, red apples, kiwi, guava etc..

Can steam eggs, salmon and fish too..
 
If you have some balance rice, you can use it to cook porridge for your girl. Usually I add si shen chicken essence or fish soup in the porridge to make it more flavorful. You can also add some shredded vegetables to make the porridge more healthy.
I bought this si shen chicken essence from tian yuan xiang that many of my mummy friends recommended. They told me that si shen can help improve lo's digestion and add appetite.
