Hi,
I'm new here. I would like to find out more about divorce like maintenance and child custody. I'm married to Singaporean in year 2009 and granted with PR under this marriage. Last year I gave birth to my boy and he is registered as a Singaporean. I am currently working with income between 2k - 2.3k a month. My questions;-
1. If after divorced, he will definitely cancel my PR so anyway to continue my PR under my child?
2. What are the chances to get the custody (care and control) of my baby? I want my baby to follow me.
3. How much maintenance can I ask from him?

I am given access to my child and he is given care and control. Now he is asking for 700 child maintenance fee from me from every mth, based on his breakdown of the expenses of my gal. My bring hm pay is only around 1.5k...
