i use 3 diff computer to login also cannot..just email to old customer service again and paste u give us banner.
 
I able to use ONFIFTEEN promotion. I just placed order to oldnavy.com

I think, you need to register as old navy customer before u use the promo.

Hi hi, I just checked some of the webby for discount codes and saw 1 webby mentioned that ONFIFTEEN is 'broken'! And so is GAPSAVE20 and the FREE shipping if > USD50 code.

Whoever managed to place order using the 2 codes, please leave a message here hor. Thanks

maggie, dont think thats a good idea. I ever had sales tax refund problem with ON, phoa, emailed them maybe a thousand times, each time a diff consultant. Took a long time before they agree to refund to me. Also took a long time before the refund shows up on my credit card statement.
 
I agree with ptr. Not advisable to take the risk of going ahead with the order and hoping they will adjust upon shipping out.

I even tried with my 2nd account with them, but also unsuccessful! Hiaz!

TLL : when you last saw the banner? I had this prob yesterday afternoon, but when I reach home, I saw the banner and the codes can be applied. Then since this morning at 8.30am, the same prob happened again...

maggie : not true leh. I placed 4 batches already with both codes applied under 1 account. First 3 batches even with free shipping. Also I did not receive any email from them for this promo. I got the codes from the banner flashed on their website. I just tried with my 2nd account with ON and also cannot apply the code. I had not use the promo with my 2nd account. Strange hor??

Will try again tonight!
