Anyone knows what is "Import Clearance Service Fee" in CGW's billing? I got a US$ 22.25 fee charged under this but have no idea what is it. Tried to talk in the live chat but fail to connect. Several emails to them went replied too and worst of all, no tel no. to contact. Their service is really bad!

You could be right but my 2 orders are less than SGD400. However, they may have included the GST in as my 1st package has declaration value and 2nd package doesn't so I have to insert my own value as merchant invoice was not available. Any idea how to contact them to get it waived off since my purchase is less than SGD400? Thanks.

eiliya, if i am not wrong CGW calculated your items + shippping cost if more than SGD 400 they will charge u GST, you can check with customer service around 4pm SGT. nowaday quite difficult to get the customer service to chat.
