Hi, I started seeing tcm recently and with the help of the tcm doc, she estimated my ovulation date and ask me to baby dance on certain days leading to the ovulation date.
I have the flo app which is quite accurate on ovulation day estimation because I usually get pre ovulation symptoms few days after my period stop leading to the app estimated ovulation date, etc. Dull pain in my pelvic area and cervical mucus discharge.
But my tcm doc advised me to start testing for LH surge few days after my flo app ovulation day estimation. Isn't that way too late ?
