Confinement nanny - sleeping arrangements

Hi all! I'm a first time mother to be, current around 6 weeks of pregnancy. I am thinking of hiring a confinement nanny but my place does not have an extra bed for the nanny. Is there a standard practice that the nanny should have a bed or would a mattress on the floor be ok?

Any advise on the requirements for the confinement is much appreciated! Thank you!
