you should take video and bring this up on court to limit his access or you go along with them

when you handover to child to him and the child keep on crying. you can video it to show the child need to be supervised
video with date n timeDoes the court accept video ?
it's a personal matter, police will not interfer. you have to submit this yourself or lawyer to let the judge know child is not use to father and require supervised accessIn law he can forcefully carry the child away.
Like said, you can take video of him carrying the child away while the child is crying.
Not say you can submit to court but at least via Police, then with statement, submit to court for it.
You can appeal to vary the Court Order. But need to donate more money to those money suckers (just kidding).
Otherwise, actually not sure is because you worry too much or ?
Are you and your ex husband on talking terms ?
No offense. Just feel that shoot video here and there only make matter worse. And the kid will grow up even more unhappy.
Maybe seek a better advice rather than here. Hope both of you can handle it in a way that the child grow up a happy person.
I agree with you! gather more evidenceYou will u never understand how a mother feel. If you know what I mean. Just kidding.
If able to talk the kid will not be crying when handover to him.
Court give judgement without knowing what is happening. We have to use evidence to back up what we see!
