My ex and I are in the mid of divorce . Interim court order give him unsupervised access from 9am to 3pm every Sat. Question if the child doesn’t want to follow him can he forcefully carry the child away ?

when you handover to child to him and the child keep on crying. you can video it to show the child need to be supervised

In law he can forcefully carry the child away.
Like said, you can take video of him carrying the child away while the child is crying.
Not say you can submit to court but at least via Police, then with statement, submit to court for it.

it's a personal matter, police will not interfer. you have to submit this yourself or lawyer to let the judge know child is not use to father and require supervised access

No offense. Just feel that shoot video here and there only make matter worse. And the kid will grow up even more unhappy.

Maybe seek a better advice rather than here. Hope both of you can handle it in a way that the child grow up a happy person.
