Can someone share a good tatoo removal doctor?

I just done something very stupid by having a tatoo which i've regretted..!! Am quite depressing now...

Can anyone recommend me a good doctor whom can help me to remove it without any scarring??

I had mine removed at TCS Aesthetics Central at Clarke Quay.

According to them, it will not scar if the tattooist did not injure the skin when they did the tattoo.

Mine removed totally without scarring.

I'm currently doing laser and IPL treatments at Phoenix Medical Group with Dr Kang.
Haven't written about my laser experience yet but it was very good with removing my age spots and Dr Kang said he can remove tattoos too, if need be.
You can check with him. He's very kind, non-judgmental and good at explaining things in lay-man terms.
