Can an irregular gestational sac be regular?

From the scan result last week I was 5 weeks pregnant (6 weeks now).
Something is worrying me... I have irregular gestational sac (the shape is not round). There's a yolk inside so it's not BO. Doctor said irregular shape could lead to miscarriage. But I never had bleeding. Doctor said if the sac doesn't turn to round shape I must remove it (D&C).
Until now I don't feel morning sickness at all. I feel healthy even healthier than before I'm pregnant.
Any moms here had the same experience like me? Can an irregular gestational sac be regular after some time? Next week I'll visit the doctor again and I'm so worried

How irregular is irregular? Mine was not round either and was empty at week 5. But managed to see yolk and fetal pole at week 6.

My sac shape a bit triangle with blur border so looks like christmas tree. What's your doctor said about your sac shape?
