I'm a mummy with low milk supply. Already at 7 week and my supply is 60ml max from both sides. And it is a result of 40min power pumping.
I tried eating fenugreek, papaya milk, lactation cookies, bubble tea (claim by some) and even gotten a lactation consultant session with not much improvement.
Most will advise don't stress but I can't help feeling depress that the supply is so low. My bb can latch but she drink very slow for more than hour. Pumping is also painful and I have to endure the pain. I don't think pumping have to be painful but if I reduce the suction, it may lead to lower supply.
