Yes, it was mailed on 9 oct at Jurong Point Post office.I've informed by email on 9 oct.I'll post an enquiry to Singpost. Will let you know once they reply. Meanwhile I suggest you check if there is any delivery note cos if it does not fit in your mailbox, the postman will bring to you unit.

Sometimes they do take a while to deliver bulky items.
