Hi does anyone have bad experience with Noel gifts?
I order a gift to be sent it to my friend a month ago, they made a mistake and sent 2 gifts to my friend and charged me 2 times. (They collected the one which was sent wrongly to my friend after I'd called them). I'd been calling them (to the people incharge) and wrote 2 times to them. Todate, I still have not received my refunds which cost more than $100. I was told that they will refund me in 2 weeks times since one month ago and their website stated 3-4 weeks but now it's more than 1 month. I was disappointed at their service. My experience was not to provide our visa card no. to them, because without our permission, they deducted the charge and was not the item which I ordered too.
