Baby rash

Hi everyone. My two months old have even sucking her mittens and mittens are often with saliva. Than she used the mittens to touch her face. Changed the mittens often but she still keep sucking her mittens. Thus, she have baby rash on her face. Can't seem to get better tried cutting her nails and took out her mittens but she would scratch her face. Anyone know how to deal with this issue? And also how to cure the rash on her face? I applied cream afew times a day but it didn't get better

Buy a packet of jasmin flowers, put in fridge. Take a few to rub n squeeze using fingers and apply the fluid onto baby's face. Hop it works.
