Sometimes I feel i've not been a good mom. I've not enrolled Adam in any baby classes. All I let him do is play. I've not read to him for a long time too. Kasi dia tengok Thomas the train hari2 ada lah. But then again he's only 18 mths. I believe I should let him play to learn. Or am I just being slack?! Orang semua terkejar2 nak kasi baby dorang learn this & that. And here I am, just letting him do nothing but play. Is there anything wrong with just letting him enjoy his toddlerhood?

Sometimes I feel i've not been a good mom. I've not enrolled Adam in any baby classes. All I let him do is play. I've not read to him for a long time too. And manager was nt happy.. Byk cerewet.... its more than 80 labels tau... need to type, adjust, print & cut lagi..
Nk in centre la... nk straight la.. so i hv to redo & redo.. LOL... if nk straight why cant he provide me paper cutter instead of pen knife since dere so many pages of label i need to cut? gunting dh la kecik.. kasi gunting besar la..
He asked me why I'm nt at the counter during lunch.. told him I'm bz doing the labelling & for goodness sake, i nt yet taken my lunch! took my lunch at 3pm ok...
Oh ya, i dh print semua & dh cut some of it, he told me to reprint w/o logo!!!!!! sbbnye cartridge for colour one of it dh habis... tk nk i waste paper but nw he make me waste it?! LOL... confident ckp if one of the cartridge dh habis leh print ape.. why cant it print out nicely? LOL.. u asking me? I'm nt even IT person.. Dh ckp kat dia for epson cant.. all cartridge cant be run out of it... cz colour kan it mixed together to give the colour tt u want.. its pri colour kan? like blue plus yellow = green aper... but he still tk nk beli... **I give up babe! in future if i cant print, nt my biz!**
And guess wat.. Our co. laptop AUTO type letter "G".. And NW is "Z"... hahahahahaha... sal tu i lambat buat keje..syik nk kena delete, restart... everytime i type one sentence, i cpt2 save cz takut com auto type.. LOL...
Everytime nk pack up, he'll ask me "hv u finish ur work?" and kdg2 last min kasi inv... i dh la tinggal jauh.... **fainted**
But today i heck care.. balik 6.11pm.. I told him I came to work always early to finish my job cz i don wanna go hm back late.. For goodness sake, i came in 8.33am or latest 8.45am instead of 9.30am... bkn nye i mkn gaji buta.. i buat keje halal tu.... hehehe... Lunch suppose to be 1hr but i take lunch less than 30 mins...
Tat time gt function nk i stay back a few hrs but w/o OT.... Function bkn nye kena mengena ngan i.. bkn nye i yg serve.... whole employees was asking me why shld i stay? LOL...I stay till 6.45pm jer, i reached hm near 9pm!! Melampau ni.. kekeke...if i stay longer, gaknye balik lagi lambat.......
Nw i noe why many ppl leave the post & the jobs... hahahahhahaaha...... but tk pe.. i sabar jer... one day i nk feedback kat manager... take it or i leave... hehehehe...

I had to bring my own external mouse cz our co. laptop mouse gt probs... thumdrive pun i use mine... and my OP exec lagi can suggest to me to bring my own laptop......... tk kuasa aku... berat! kan bagus i bring my whole stuff & desk com bawa gi office??? so far, i have started faiq on GD.
now he is currently attending GUG and from Jan he will also be in Kindermusik.
i prefer those play to learn way for now.
in NIE dah macam2 child and education psychology we did so i guessed this is the best for him plus lots of reading and conversations with us, his family.
i dont wana stress him since he is still young but i think he still needs some kind of brain stimulation once a day that's fun and enjoyable.</font>

no matter what our ways are, all mothers want the best for their kids rite?
doesnt mean u tak hantar Adam for any class makes u a bad mum?
different individuals believe in different things so dont feel bad ok!
try not to compare yourself or your kid with other people.
if u do then u will get more upset and wont do anyone any good.

abt teaching or coaching ni.. hai smalldreams me lagi bad tau.. i only coach my son on wkd n sampai terpekik2 aku darah up ajar dia.. coz dgn nenek dia dah slack skg belajar.. n even my doter pun i dpt coach kkdg je.. so most of their times are play, play, play n they r already 4 & 3yrs ok.. haiz.. entahlah mmg niat dihati nak anta pi class macam2 tp poket tak pernah mengizinkan so ill try my own way je ah.. bt alhamdulilah nw my son yg 4yrs dah leh read on his own... nampaknya he did learn smtg wen hes at school.. coz i tink e books are read to them daily so dah hafal budak tu.. n im happy & proud to c him read on his own..
cuma tulah as he grows nanti i tak tau cana? since im working & if mums tak da jaga dorang haiz. pikiran seh.. tak leh quit work coz finance not stable..</font>

I now dah decide whn my kid start schooling i will want to work 1/2 days and take a pay cut..

but i cant be sahm la.. i dun think i can take it

I bought my 1st son practice book, so everyday after lunch time he will do the homework...
and 5 simple words to memerise for spelling...
After doing the spelling, by giving a simple story book Step 1, he knows to read a lil bit...
He needs more practice on writing and reading more baru leh baca smoothly...
Kalau dah stop for a while, tulis and baca pon merangkak rangka...alphabet jadi mirror image..</font>

tp tu ah wen it was e june holidays he brought back those simple books to read back tgk cam happy gitu.. last wkd nak rak aku ajar dia tulis ABC small & capital letters.. dah tu he stucked at N & n.. dont noe y he dont noe how to write.. ah mula ah mulut aku bising je.. dah tu he give up tired sbb ku dah ketuk his fingers.. nanis melalak minta susu i said NO.. u do until finish.. then ill give u milk.. dia lari to e dad ah bapa dia dah kanciong ah mula ah ku rasa perang nak st sal tu budak tak leh kena marah.. then he told e son go & do wat mama asked u to do properly then only u will get wat u want.. haiz.. anak.. anak.. cartoon aje.. 24hrs skg dgn OKTO je geram plak aku.. mula2 happy my mum's tak da scv box tp dat OKTO haiz antu tul.. </font>

Nie sumer kan kebolehan masing-masing.. I hope you all dun be too stress thinking about your children. The best is to try and give the best to your children. Tu ajer... And let the toddlers play... that is what they do best.. They can learn through playing too.. You as the parent also nak kena rajin and sabar... jgn putus asa... Never give-up!

how to relax u tell me.. ive got 2 petah kids u noe.. n im only a wkd mum or as for mt doter lagi only a mum to her for 2wks once in a mth.. of coz i pressure.. as for MIL tak coach her sgt, she pakai biar je budak tu tak cam my son, my mum did trained him to toilet train, to solat, to baca, to write ABC, numberings, clring.. smualah.. syukur my mum still leh tlg..

he's smart, advance, we all noe. but dia ada 'attitude' skit. Reminds me so much of myself, i dun blame him.
my husband & i comfort ourselves, in terms of cara blajar, yes, my son byk like us - takle paksa. s long s we produce results @ the end of the day, u dun ask us how we did it! so with my son, we have to be lenient skit.

After all there are plenty of schools of thought out there - ada kata, just let the children play to discover. Ada kata, gotta nurture their learning. But for now I'll just let him play as much as he wishes till I find a suitable baby class for him.

my boy lagi selalu kena compare dgn cousin dia yg 1 year older than him...

Semalam after Nora Aw posted the link, i went blog hopping and found a blog where a 4 yr old kid could read such complex words. i was like WOW. Amazing. Happy for the kid. But can't help but wonder if the kid is being pushed too hard. Hari2 main flash card je lah tu agaknye.

itulah sebabnya...ku telan senyum tunjuk kan gigi.....diam aja nak buat apa...kalau nak reply balik banyak....da doter lum leh jalan....n still on fm...unable to take solid food...kalau makan solid food je tercekik...but well I pekakkan telinger less dosa...tapi dalam hati tuhan je yg tahu..

I hari2 mainkan Anaqi flashcard since he is 8mths old.. tapi...hmmm dia cuma leh duduk diam for 10 mins je.....tapi kalau bukakkan Upin & Ipin or Barney...huh 30 min pun dia bleh diam je....paling senang kalau suap makan bukakkan tv...tak sampai 20 min 1 bowl of rice/noodles leh abis
