Angbao Rates for Confinement Nanny?

Hi, just wanna know how much did everyone give for confinement nanny angbao?

Was told that it’s a “mandatory” formality to give two angbaos to confinement nanny - one at start of her service, and one at the end of her service. How much should each angbao be? I generally don’t like the idea of such “hidden fee” on top of the actual fees; more so I’m afraid if I give too little then nanny might give subpar service or treat my newborn poorly?

Any advice is appreciated!

We gave $38 to our nanny the first opening angpow (market rate) and $128 for the closing angpow cause we really liked her. When we asked her to come back to help us after a week because we couldn’t cope we gave $68 for opening angpow and $168 for closing but it’s because she was really really fantastic.
