Hmm.. So, the total cost would be (i count the sponge wedges out):
$20.28 + $4.99 (x3) + $14.97 + $9.28 (included both pencil NYX & Mayabelle eyeliner)
= $59.50 x 1.4
= S$83.30

Is it the correct price?o_O
And, where is the westmall TBA? I know where is westmall, at bukit batok right but i cannot figure out what's TBA?

incorrect. NYX Mechanical Eye Pencil, Black - USD4.99 as stated in the webpage.
