I am currently in 15 weeks pregnant, my stomach is quite obvious now. A guy grab reserved seat in the mrt and when he saw me walking to the reserve seat, he just ignore me and roll his eyes to me! I don’t understand why Singapore has such ungentleman people. The main point is he is not old and I don’t think he is sick, as he can walk so fast to grab the seat!

Hi i also met a similar situation ytd in mrt. Currently 23 weeks and also nobody gave up seat to me. But instead she look at me twice as if she wan to ensure whether i am pregnant??? End up she gave up seat an elderly man? I was like huh.....is so obvious le.....and a bunch of 4 ahnehs workers just look at me eyes big big but buttock still stuck at their seats....luckily i dun need to take mrt daily. Sporeans r so inconsiderate nowadays.....haiz...
Do we really need a forum for this? Shouldn’t you be worried about more important things, like teaching your unborn child independence and fighting for his/her rights instead of just complaining like a typical Singaporean?
“Ahnehs workers”? You’re just perpetuating the stereotype that Chinks like yourself are ignorant and entitled. Hope your baby doesn’t inherit your narrow-mindedness and lack of respect.

Why are you so worked up? Lol chill man.
It's normal for pregnant woman to complain, rant and share. Who go through will only understand. If you can't tolerate, please don't read such post. Your so called important things like teaching your unborn child etc, come on... She is just 15weeks.. give her some time.. And furthermore, teaching will only start after 3-4months of baby born (slow path teaching).
Don't stress yourself. Ignore the negative people. It's normal nowadays (not nowadays but quite a while back). I gave birth to my #1 in 2016, even with big tummy (i was like at 7-8months) took mrt, yet i was push when entering the cabin. My tummy hit twice to the metal pole. After that incident, I avoid taking mrt during pregnant.
And the same also, pregnant my #2, same thing but this time i enter the cabin last. Giving way to those healthy human first (to avoid myself being push again).
Do you know pregnant woman carry magical spell?? Why i said so? When you enter the cabin, most of the people (those sitting nearer to reserve seat and at reserve seat) will out of sudden fall asleep, where else from outside you saw them playing their phone etc. Have a good try and see if what i say is true.. hahaha!!
Only minority are the angel. They gave up the seat to those who in need for reserve seat. Don't take negative in ur heart too much. I usually will try to avoid from those negativity.. Make yourself happy so that baby also happy.
