Thank you for your encouragement! Anyway, I went to NUH for my checks. First consultation went great! Waiting for my test results. :) ok, I will give myself credit and also try long an red dates. :)must jiayou jiayou. Be positive!! :)

The doctor said I haven't taken tests for progesterone rubella thalassemia and testosterone. So she sent me for the tests. Very friendly and helpful doc. I found my prev test records and this doc went through all the reports and explained every domain to me one by one. She said my uterus lining is thick and healthy, egg reserve is good. Hubby's SA good too. She said after she's done w the blood tests she will send me for HSG if I continue to have difficulties conceiving
 
Went kkh for the tests reports yesterday. Dr says everything looks good except I'm not ovulating last cycle, which i expected based on the opk used last month. Although I'm relieved that i don't have other issues, it's still disappointing about not ovulating.

He asked if i have irregular period. i explained that used to be but the past half yr ( after seeing tcm) is quite regular and shorter cycles (abt30-32 days). He suggested IUI or clomid. But also said i may consider ttc naturally for a few mths first to see if my body can ovulate on my own.

I agree but the moment i stepped out of the hospital, i kind of regretted not considering treatment immediately. Really don't wish to lose time. Ladies, do u have any recommendation or advice what i should do? TIA... :)

Same as me nt ovulating but i hv regular period... same tots as me y i didnt seek treatment earlier but it is nv too late for now.. jiayou n i hope u will bfp soon..
 
Hi ladies, thank you for your advices.it's encouraging.

Actually at first wanna consider IUI but was quite scared abt the part on injections plus need to see dr every 2 days and it's also not very cheap. I don't know how i can afford the leave since it's only beginning of the year.

I was keen on clomid but he keeps emphasising my reports look good and didn't share too much info to me on that. Just give me brochure to read at home.

I'm really confused if tcm has helped me anot. I do see improvement on my cycles but not ovulating??
 
Went TCM for my sickness been coughing very bad

After pluses taken the TCM ask me are you pregnant I was like I dun know she say just asking

She felt something on my pluses? So early can detect or she purely asking aiyoh dare not ask more scare like desperate mama

Only endure next week to test

He didn't mention about good eggs reserve. He just kept saying I have a lot of eggs, that's positive. Then never say anything else. No explanations nor talk much and I also forgot to ask why there are cases that women don't ovulate.

The first time i saw him was cd14 (did pap smear and blood tests), then cd 28 (did blood tests and u/s), hsg was done on cd11.
Yest was cd 22 but it was just consultation...

I felt that he did not give DH and me much advice. The first time we saw him took only 5mins and then was told to schedule for tests. The 2nd time we saw him was yesterday (abt 10mins) and he only comment overall both our reports are good, only last cycle I'm not ovulating. Then he said treatment recommended is iui or clomid. Gave us brochures and that's it. Also never explain further..

Some doc dun like to talk much unless you ask questions
While some are easy going n will talk to u..
Perhaps he has alot of patients waiting outside?
But if all are good den it shd be okay. Ur DH's SA resultd is good rite. Mayb u can consider to tk clomid but if u think u wan to try it naturally u may.

Y some woman do not ovulate my gynae is commom nowadays.. i think stress plays a part of it..

U try to stay stressless if u can den who knows next cycle u r ovulating and u will be able to hear good news.

When is ur next appt? Im sure ur gynae will hv plans for u.

Menses cramp kind of pain for abt 2 mins when the dye are inserted. Just relax and breathe slowly and your muscle will relax, advised by the radiologist.. Overall ok.. :)

DH's results also good. Some odd shape soldiers but Dr says small issue cuz he has alot of normal soldiers and mobility is fast. He was prescribed with some supplements.

I see.. So it's probably due to stress. Maybe shall go for more spa sessions to relax. Haha..having said that, stress really has impact on my cycles i feel. Before seeing tcm, whenever I'm stressed at work, cycle will be delayed.. Looks like i really need to slow down my pace and relax.

Seeing dr 3mths later cuz he asked DH to take SA again to see if there's improvement. And hopefully i ovulate on my own......

Me 10dpo. Crampy starts, as usual. Af should start on cny day 1. Hope I won't snap at relatives during visits because of my pms. Lol.

I'm not going to bai nian on chu Yi. Gonna avoid kpo relatives who I'm not close to. Haha. My AF supposed to come on chu Yi too. Hehe. I hope your cramps e bfp cramps!!

i would go ahead with clomid...
 
Yes quality of eggs are most important. I retrieved many but never bfp from ivf. Just want to give hope to ladies who don't have many eggs.
 
Think it's nature that I've many eggs since not releasing regularly... I wonder what's the quality of my eggs.. Dunno how to read from the report..

So ladies, meaning it's advisable to go for clomid?

Just asking, can i take clomid with tcm herbs?

I would not mix western and tcm
 
Hello! Rather new to this thread. I am currently 8 dpo.

Been coughing for about 3 weeks and it's still not recovering. The medication I consume is safe for conceiving per doc's instruction. 1st time using opk and I recently tested again though I know I shouldn't use opk once I past the ovulating period. It's still a positive opk and a BFN on hpt. The wait is killing me.

I only BD once on Feb 08 at 12.35am while I see a positive (I think its positive because that's the darkest test I have) on opk, thereafter I did another opk test after 10am the following day, a faint line which I think is negative. I hope the HPT give us a BFP soon. *Baby dust*

I don't experience any pregnancy symptoms like swollen boobs. I also couldn't remember the feeling when AF comes. How to feel or spot the difference between the two. The only time I had some cramps yesterday, CM kind of sticky milk white.

Anyway, I'm having AF now. I'm quite pleased with my flow this month. A lot of blood, no cramps and not tired. Cuz I've been having very light flows over the past year and I get scared when that happens. Not sure what helped but I drank Ba Zhen after my last menses and started on Fertility Blend. Saw TCM on Friday and he said my body is much healthier now. Hope that I will BFP this month. I want a SG50 baby! :):)

alot of blood doesnt mean good lei....
 
Think what veromon meant is she has heavier AF compared to prior months cuz she mentioned before that she had light flow even though she's still young.. Heavy flow with no blood clots is good. :)

Btw do u all normally encounter cold or flu 1week before AF is due?

because when i visit TSB, she told me that heavy flow is not good...
best is medium flow with no blood clot...

hmm.. not really.. i seldom sick... the most just body ache or headache only

I told my dr at kkh and my tcm that i usually have bad cramps during AF but both say small problem and don't be bothered by it.. o_O

My health is overall good but tend to have flu symptom or tiredness when AF is coming..

Yeah! Knock off liao.. my parents' house tonight for reunion dinner.. Yippee.. :D
 
Hehe thanks pixel for the advice. Ya I know if the flow is too heavy it's now good. :)

And yes, hamburger understands me! My flow used to be pathetic.. Like one pad lasts the whole day and it's only a few drops. V scary. Hhaha. Now it's a normal flow like before.. For the past 6 months it's always a few drops and lasts only 2 days.

Am using david hpt and I did some read up that there's a difference between the internet cheapies and the drugstore brands. *Just trying to console myself*. I just bought the clearblue digital test during lunch, 4 days away from AF. Do you think I should test? So heartpain and it's just 1 test. Or I should just wait till my actual AF.
 
tingting0322, Ohhhh! I am getting abit impatient. My AF usually last about 6 to 7 days. The last 2 days are like those brown discharge like old blood kind. My cycle is 27 to 28 days recently, all along is around 28 days so when I use OPK, I will start testing around Day 11.

for me, i see TCM, TSB also say my health is ok.. go see western, gynae also say my fertility is ok..
but then still no pregnant :(

you can get clearblue from amazon.. 20 tests about USD35++ which normally lasts me up to 4 or 5 months...
for me, i dont know how to use cheap OPK as i never gotten 2 double lines after using it for few months...
 
pixie ng, I have gotten double lines before for those internet cheapies. And till now I am still have double line for OPK and got a BFN on those cheapies HPT. Have been do researching on the difference between the cheapies and expensive HPT, and finally found someone online that they have BFP with the clearblue and a BFN on cheapies. *Still consoling myself*

according to TSB, clearblue is more accurate than cheap OPK...
and since i'm now under clomid, i have to do ultrasound to track my O... i still using clearblue though, so i can tell you clearblue results match my ultrasound (gynae determine the O date by ultrasound)
 
Hey does anybody encounter light staining during the middle of the month before the nxt predicted period? It happened to me nw.I was arn 14days frm e 1st day of menses.n im nt sure if it was due to my stress n e post effect of having cold drinks during my menses.
 
Could be ovulation spotting. I get it at times. You can google ovulation spotting. But of course if you're concerned, best to check with your doc.
