2WW - for those TTC-ing

I don't trust opk on pregnancy test. The line will always be there; only the intensity to read positive opk.

When preggie, before test, I always have zero pms symptoms. So once I feel pms-y, I know af around the corner.

Everyone is different.

But I do trust bbt. Charting it for years and it never fails me. However I've already stopped way before my last bfp as it's too stressful. No good for body and mind.
 


Hi, me and hub have been TTC for almost half a year. Hv been taking duphaston since 3 mths ago.. Im having cramps at my lower tummy since 10 daya ago and my menses shd be due next mon. Any one has tried duphason before and experienced cramp? Crossing my fingers this will be the month!!
 
Had a new boss. Whom is Super on to show results. After handling 3 projects together with core work , jus got arrowed another 2 more projects again. Then when bargained whether on top of core work, answer is yes.

Boss only given 1 month for dateline for the project.
Pretty stressful I find. Cannot sleep now. Frankly I m no longer young not interested in promotion anymore.
 
Hi can I check does anyone experience
pressure at the lower abdomen after O n before period? Is it some kind of sign? Thanks.

Hi, anyone tried TCM before and was successful? I visited Dr Zou at amk last month. She asked me to do acupuncture and prescribed me Chinese medicine. My AF is due this Friday and im already having signs of AF. Now im thinking whether I should go back to Dr Zou next month or should I go visit gynae for checkup? I have been trying for 6 months, getting a bit depressing here.. :(

My AF also due this Friday.. so concidence.. I seen Dr Zou once only then stop when I know I ovulated.. I been seeing Chinatown TCM, Tan Siew Boey also..

How long have u been seeing Tan Siew Boey? I called a few weeks ago, but they say I must wait for 4 months for my first appointment.. that's why I went to see Dr Zou instead.
 
Anyone here has used or using the Clearblue digital OPK (the one with smiley face)? What time of the day should I actually test? On the instructions given in the box, it says I can test anytime of the day. However some websites/forums say it's better to use FMU, but some said we should not be using FMU as it might give you a false positive. I'm confused... =\

Actually can test anytime of the day. I tested on afternoon and mornings

Testing should Not be the 1st urine of the day n b4 8pm..

Why are you taking duphaston when you are not pregnant? Isn't duphaston something you would take to maintain a pregnancy? Pardon me for my limited knowledge...
 
is anyone meeting the same situation as me??

I had positive OPK with Clomid and my temp was ard 36.8 during CD 13 and CD14... but temp dropped to 36.2 on CD15.. til now, its still at the range of 36.2 - 36.4.. today is CD 26.. am I suppose to wait for AF or what... tested BFN...any one has the same situation before?

Hi.. I havent had any BFPs yet but Im prone to UTIs. Ive informed my regular GP that I am actively TTC so he usually gives me meds for UTI that are safe for pregnancy.

On the other hand, I also have a friend who only gets UTI if she's pregnant(thats how she usually finds out, for her, its an early preggy sign) and other friends who gets UTI during pregnancy. I havent done much reading up but from all of dis, i guess UTI shouldnt really affect..?

Hope this helps. Im also having UTI at this moment and I have egg retrieval tomorrow . Hoping for the best.. for everyone too..

TTC ing naturally , waiting 2-3 more days to test.
but i realised my bbt is ranging like yours and if idont sleep well it will be higher andif i sleep better then ard 36.4-36.5.

Thanks for your reply. UTI feel horrible i hope you recover soon and hope your ER went well. I am still at my 2ww now after ET. Yup hope for best for all of us

I noticed that if I sleep in later, my temp will be higher..

today bloated and a little crampy..but got sticky mucus (sorry tmi)... dun tell me that im going to ovulate again... hahhaa....maybe menses coming tomolo..hahhaa

lol its ok, nothing is tmi when u are TTC ing.
i read yr post again, my body temp never reach 36.8 ever!
always ard 36.4 range, there was one at 36.7 ... but thats an error cos i have to get up and walk to get my thermometer.

i was so excited a couple of days ago to read abt implantation dip in temp.

the whole day today i was worried my period is coming, cos i saw a faint pink blob on my liner, very faint, and my mucus smelt like abit ofblood, eventhough clear, watery... heh tmi sorry ;) was grumpy thot maybe i wont get bfp this month again.

but it hasn't come AF, gonna test tomorrow morning. apart from that, not much symptoms. couldnt sleep but i was in different environment and tired, could be from travelling.

Baby Dust to us and hope we will all be blessed with healthy babies and successful pregnancies!!!
 
Keep going everyone!! Cheer up!! I am TTC for a few months also!

Just to share I been to TMC to adjust my body before and it may works for some of you (at Jurong East)

I am currently trying conceive massage by Malay auntie and let's see if it works!

Couldn't sleep and saw yr message. Not yet, but very hopeful this round. I've been symptom spotting last few rounds ... some are just PMS, but few little things are diff this time. Will test soon :)

13 DPO - nothing yet. and this round I used first response, supposed to be more sensitive. AF due tmr or next couple of days.

I try not to test too early, cos previously I had very faint positive on the day my menses supposed to come. tested 3 days later, still uncertain if I was pregnant.

Symptoms - slight cramps in my stomach on and off, mild headaches past 2 days, hungry earlier (felt this today) and breast tenderness (but this is pms symptom too). the odd one was perky nipples, more engorged supposedly in preparation of breastfeeding but seemed less today. I do monitor CM as well and BBT.

Am I pregnant?!? Have to wait and see ....ahhhhh
what abt u, what symptoms??

Cramping now, like AF's gonna come. few drop of blood seen.

Mine was a day 5 blast and I'm currently on DP4 (FET).

Ya I do have tenderness and sore boobs, tummy cramp, naseau, pinkish and brown spotting when crinone gel is being insert and hot flashes at night. Feeling so excited and counting down the 2ww.
 
Hi i am going for my first accupunture today at Dr Zou AMK. Can I check is the process painful and will the needle be inserted alot in or only a little? Thanks hope to hear from you all soon cause i am quite nervous of the session.

the acupuncture needles are very very thin. they don't insert alot. but enough to stay in I guess. kinda like ant bite. you will be fine.

it feels like u pinching yourself with 2 sharp finger nails but for a short while.

nowadays tcm uses disposable, sterilized needles. the needle does not go in as much as injection.

Hello... 4 months wait for me. But I took basal temp and ovulation kit neveryday and the month I conceived I used some gel thing... can't remember name now. Timing very important although doesn't guarantee as well.

i tried for about 1-2 years before i had my son. now trying for #2. and tried for about 1 year then went for lap surgery. then now its almost 1 year after my lap surgery still waiting for #2.

i know it's hard to decide to go for fertility treatment. but in summary, see a fertility specialist if u r 35 & above and tried for 6 months with no news. approach specialist if you r below 35 and trying 1 year at least :)
 
Thanks for your reply Sundaysagainz. Yeah you are right timing is very important and the ovulation window is very small. Any idea how often me and my hubs need to get busy?

I see... so many reasons I could be feeling cramps! And I thought the only reason could be implantation... haha=P I guess then it is normal to feel cramps during this period and I should not be thinking so much..

I've been trying for about 6 months and I'm under 35...

we will get there ;)

like i mentioned, try every 2 days during your fertile week. make sure dont miss your ovulation day too ;)

For my 1st born, I conceived at 1 try 4 years ago when I was 29 yo. Most of my friends conceived at 1 to 8th month of trying.
Am trying for second one and this month will be my 6th month.
