Hi Cheekrene, as mentioned in my blog, our frames are 100% customizable, so the samples you see in the blog are just samples, everything can be changed according to your preferences. Hi Peifen, our frames are 100% customizable, so you are free to make changes to any design you see in our samples. One way you can do is to send me a rough sketch of what you have in mind and let me know what frame size you would like so that I can come out with an artwork for you to see and review. How long it takes for you to get your frame will depend on how fast you confirm the artwork. Once the artwork is confirmed, it takes about 1-2 weeks to make the frame. Hope to hear from you soon.

Furthermore, the frame is meant for your wedding anniversary, so if it is delivered after your wedding anniversary, then it will less significant. Is it possible to incorporate 2 kids'names in a landscape frame?

Using the 'Kaiser' eg. (crown, name acronym and the bdate w/o the chinese character) side by side.

And what is the smallest frame you can use, as I don't want it to be too big.

Of course it is possible to put 2 kids' names into one artwork but whether the end results is nice or not, that's another question we need to find out when we work on the artwork design. So I wonder if you can send me a sketch of what you have in mind so that we can finetune it and see how we can do that without making the artwork too "crowded" in a not-too-big frame as requested.

Yes and no to your question whether can the frame be ready by Friday. Yes, if you are using one of the existing designs we have posted in our blog, and no if you want something totally different or a brand new and unique design as it takes time to create new designs and the template to make them. Hope you understand as we do not want to commit to something which we cannot deliver on Friday.

Do let me know your decision and we will see how we can progress from there. Thanks.
