Just went for my Oscar scan earlier. My baby is only 45mm at 11weeks and the ultrasonagrapher decided to postpone my scanning to next Friday for more visible results. She said she will talk to my gynae.
After I had fixed the next appointment with her, my gynae called. Then the doctor said something which made me worry. The sonagrapher had spotted intestines outside my baby's stomach. She explained that it could be a transition period and the baby could still be growing. So hopefully by the time we do another scanning next week, the intestines will grow in the baby then.
Since I have reached home, I have been reading up information about my case... i am praying fervently that my baby will be ok. Before I was pregnant, I was only worried about the gender and whose appearance my baby would take after. Its only when I am pregnant, I realise that we cannot take for granted that my baby will be healthy. Right now, I just hope that the next week's scan will be an optimistic one and my baby is healthy.

Try to be positive and everything will be fine. I also going for my oscar test this coming fri plus see my gynae after the test.. Jia You!!

Yesterday I was craving for Japanese curry and smoked salmon. Later gonna try to see if I can stomach some Japanese curry :p

Okay I just gobbled down my Japanese curry rice. Almost finishing it. After so long I finally eat rice again :')

Take some fruits? I can't drink much plain water because of the taste. But if didn't take enough water will have constipation. So I gotta drink Ribena and honey water for now.
 
just managed to eat a muffin for tea break. :p
sometimes water really tasteless.. but i find warm water easier to drink as compared to cold water.
 
I feel as long as no crazy headache, nausea is not as bad. Nowadays my headache is stopping me from eating. Can't sleep just lie on mattress don't know what to do.

Today I'm slightly better, hopefully my body can maintain this way with no headache so I can eat hahaha
 
My bb loves mandarin oranges! I Hv to Hv one everyday...tats the only thing I can eat heartily :)
Now i stop puking in the day but after dinner is sure everything out.
 
Ladies, how long did you see your gynae? My last seen is during my 6 weeks and now reaching almost 12weeks not yet seen my gynae. is it normal? my colleague ask y so long is it normal?

I do not have any cravings for food either, wonder is it normal???
 
I thought usually is every 4 weeks? Mine was every 4wks la.. If you r concern can move ur appt forward?

I don't have craving for food, no ms, not hungry also.. I think it's normal. #1 same symptoms also..

I suppose to see my gynae this fri plus do my oscar test but he last minute got operation so change to next tuesday. Maybe I will ask him for more information when I meet him.

Usually is 4 weeks.. but if u are still in early stage pregnancy when u last saw him, and all signs good (hb etc.) they might schedule it later to do oscar. Mine is scheduled about 5 weeks apart from my 1st appt:)

Oic, I had bleeding during early pregnancy and meet him 2 times already. last seen him is on 16 Dec 15 so wonder is it normal to see him so long gap. :)

If bleeding i think usually the gap wont be so long wor.. but usually the gap is 4 weeks. Check with yr gynae if u dont feel comfy!

After my last bleeding i see him the next week then I not bleeding anymore and he have gave me an injection and an tai yao already and can see heart beat so he arrange to see me next rd which is next week.

Hello,

Typically for 1st time mummy, the frequency is more because everything is also first time and gynac need to do more hand holding. For mummy who have give birth before and all the checks are looking normal & good, the number of gynac visit can be reduce per the gynac advise.

Having said that, if you feel funny and think you should see the gynac, please go ahead to fix an appt with the gynac, your intution might be correct, even if your choose gynac is away for a 1 month vacation and you do not feel well, you can alsways go to the 24hour woman clinic in KKH, i think TMC and a few other hospital also got similar 24hr clinic or even specialist woman such as like Raffles medical woman clinic for a check to give yourself a piece of mind.

For me , I did my first scan at 6wks, my 2nd appointment will be this sat at 9wks.
for me , I do not have MS , only sometimes craving for foods & bloated tummy , frequent urine..
