i am now suffering from backache. Someone mentioned about using plaster. Can i know what brand can use for pregnancy or any pain relief cream can be used?

Fullhouse : ya lor, terrible gynae!! supposed to be one of the best in Singapore! 1 normal visit is abt $250 to $400. will ask you to buy loads of mediciations. I have shown Dr Tseng those medications and he told me i didn't require these supplements till later stage!

Chan Kong Hong @ Gleneagles!!!! Don't go there unless you're silm! Most preggy women i saw at his clinic are silm or small in size. He is sorta like a star gynae, loads of who & who in singapore go to him.

I went to his clinic in 2009, not too sure if his attitude has changed! Weirdo gynae!Wanna em to lose weight during pregnancy. No fish as he thinks that fish is dirty as fishes feed whatever they can find in the ocean. Of cos, no milk! All things must be organic! He even asked me to read a book on how to lose weight! Apparantly he detests fat people as he used to be fat, and he has since lost abt 30kg! He will brag abt how he managed to lose all his weight blah blah blah!

Finally did my detailed scan today at 21 wks! Think I must be one of the last mummies here to do the scan. Mei mei is the same as gor gor, big head w short hands and legs. Think confirmed go for caesarean this time too!

Was ur sister taking anti-depression pills last time? I think our moods do really affects the kids character. I was generally happy thru out my 2nd pregnancy n he turned out a happy baby. I've got a Fren who had prenatal blues but was under anti-depression pills, baby turn out happy. Maybe cos of the pills I think.

Anyone going for Origins Jamu? Some of the massage shops have those lemongrass shower gel and I also tempted to use it , doing away with tcm herbs for bathing. Well, maybe I will wait for my TCM physician for her advise. She will be visiting me once I give birth in TMC. I am with TMC chinese medicine clinic.

warmer - I didn't have warmer at all. Just soak the milk bottle in hot water. Have got an electric boiler with a big opening. If heating up BM, just dump the whole thing in, and press button to boil water, can heat up in 5 min.

This time #3, I stopped checking the scales. Good thing my gynae also don't check my weight kind. But know for sure I am definitely bigger than first two pregnancies..... Some previous preggy clothes, I can't fit in
