Brave of u to go without epi!!! For me, I was induced, but dilation very slow, from morning 9am until 11pm then finally got 2cm dilation, that was when gynae broke my waterbag, wah that was so darn painful lor!! And then the contractions came fast and furious, I asked for epi which came half hour later, then it took another half hour for epi to take effect, so total I suffered 1hr of labour pain. Which could have been avoided if someone had told me epi is not immediate!!! But of cos epi is god-sent! I did have bad backache during confinement but even if it's caused by the epi, I would still go for epi this time. Only regret is that I asked for epi too late!
