tres: i remember i checked before...its like if bb born in this march, they cant be paying u 6 full days rite...prob pro rated maybe only 5 ccl that year, but next year onwards be 6 full days.
i think some employees work like that. it cant be like your child if born in dec, u have 6 full days ccl for that year rite..u get what i meant?
