For sizing, please DON'T refer to the size chart cuz it's USELESS!!!



The first time I bought women's Bermudas, i checked the sizing and ordered a size 16... That was during my confinement... When the Bermudas arrived, I was swimming in it... I reordered a size 12... Taking a risk and assuming I should loose more weight... It fits well....

So... I downsize 2 sizes frm 16 to 12...

Over time, I lost more weight and I could fit a 10...

Since then... I buy only 10 or 12...



Very importantly, read the reviews... They are very helpful.. Take into consideration the details reviewers give.. Like their size n weight etc..

If they comment that it's HUGE, trust me.,. It's really huge...

I wear M mostly but some tops I ordered S as well...

For bottoms, I'll order M... Though I seldom order pants.. But I just ordered 4 pairs bottoms.. Sizes 8 and 10...shorts n cargo kind... The size 12 twill shorts is very loose fitting, prob can wear comfortably during 3rd trim....



If u refer to size chart, do buy a size or 2 smaller... And as a general rule of thumb, get usual sizes Ull buy frm G2000 kind of shops... Like I used to be a size 11 kind prepreg.. And now to get size 8 or 10 old navy is reasonable cuz most of ON clothes are big cutting..[IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]



Dresses I get M for those jersey type material..

For shirt material gotta get L...



Please dun upsize for maternity clothes cuz they are already made bigger during production...

So if u normally buy S for non maternity clothes, just buy S for maternity.. No need to buy bigger to accommodate growing tummy cuz pregnancy has been factor in maternity clothes..[IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]



Of cuz, there are some Exceptions where some people grow so much like put on 20kg kind and grew 1-2 sizes bigger... Or bust grew from cup B to D during pregnancy...

i use the medela single pump when i had my 1st one. i didn't like it coz it was v slow n it makes an irritating sound. so i switched to avent manual. that was 4 yrs ago duno if they have made any improvement to it. i'm thinking of getting the freestyle double pump wh my colleague is using now n she said it's good.

IMHO mummies I know who use yaolan all tell me the same thing - very difficult to wean them off. N imagine when u outside eg, n holding bb, u must make sure u have to keep rocking ur bb or else ur bb not used to not having the yaolan feeling. Some of theseummies quickly gave up YL when bb still young eg few mths old so that they dun grow dependent on it. The earlier u wean off the easier it wud be
