Liling : Read about the new ruling as well. Her salary is 380 with 1 day's off, or 400 without off days. Checked with agency regarding the new ruling, butu agent says it is ok. It is a std from Philippines Embassy but don't really have to comply.

Re: scratching ear
My gal does it very often too, sometimes scratch till bleed. Always have to pull her hands away. At 1st i thot infection too, brought her to pd mths back and pd say nothing wrong.. She just itchy hands. Till now she still scratch.

Any mummies know if bb can take Marmite? My mum say shld add Marmite into bb porridge.
 
BB Shae, yes I always add Mamite to my bb's porridge and the other one is Bovril. We rotate between them. I grew up eating mamite and I was told mamite is something healthy though of course can be too salty if add alot...everything in moderation should be fine.

As for flu, I think should go to PD. Honestly I am the type of person that rather goes to a PD than pte GP cos the medication that are being stocked up by PD and GP are different. I was advised by pharmacist and my clinic nurse also said the same. for eg, going to a GP cost about $30 and going to a PD cost about $50-60 and PD also will give bb a general overall check as well so I prefer PD. I have friends who bring their bb to see GP first and if end up no improve eventually still need to go and see PD, and I think like this the illness take longer time to recover and spend more ultimately.

Annie, is eating marmite / bovril really for the nutrients or is it mainly to boost flavor? Since its salty, does tat means sodium very high?

Flu: Oh, u got me wrong.. I mean need to see doc or not? Hehe.. Coz only flu. I've never brought shay to GP b4, its always PD.

I think marmite and bouvril is for flavour not nutrients cos definitely porridge that is a bit salty will taste better. LOL. Read that baby should not take salt when they are below 1 year old so I'll tahan first.

But I usually put lean pork, a slice of fish and 2 vegetables into the porridge so it's naturally sweet. Natural nutrients better than processed food for now. After 1st year, then can relax and start giving some low salt food liao.

Ainsley, just visited goodrich website. Wa, goodrich has a lot of nice fabrics for curtains especially the kids designs. Love the pink ballerina shoes curtains.

BB Shae, I read this from the mamite label that it has folic acid, vitamin B and celery extract...so I think no harm for little mamite in the porridge. Anyway, PD also say ok to have mamite...I guess everything is eat in moderation.

Hi mummies! Bk from Noah's 1st holiday to Taipei! We were so so lucky tt the weather was damn fantastic with no typhoon effect nor rain at all. Only yesterday when we depart then the temp drop to 19 degrees with showers hehe. Didn't shop much at all cos stuff a bit too sweet for me. But spent money on my mom buying her bags n jewelry keke. Think mom enjoyed herself the most

I am going to Taipei with hubby on 7 dec, just collected airtickets yesterday. Can I check if it is still cheaper to change NT at Taipei airport cos the tour rep told me yesterday that better to change in Singapore than Taipei airport. :p

so we got the purifier..but now we're already used to it le.

Akk: oh yeah think I miss the haze...phew. We engaged a private guide who has his own car. He plans the itinerary n brings us to the yummy places for meals. I can use him for however late I want. He's like our personal porter for 4 days hehe.
 
Shryn: my daughter was a handful man! But luckily had both their Grandmothers with me to help out.
