and then i went to cut myhair short in anticipation. i just want to keep it short an dneat.. and my god.. it is really short. it is going to shock miser again.. at the rate i'm going.. he can get heart attack leh over my hair cuts

so update from gynae.. dunno about dilation nor cervix ripe or not.. but bb's weight is 3.403kg! wow! hahaha. good good. in 2 weeks.. the bb gained 500g?! wow.. good good.. hahaha.. then next visit.. i booked it on my edd. if have not popped. by then it is considered over due..might induce..

Hi mummies, my milk supply is not alot.. so i'll latch in the day and bottle feed at night,

do you think i should pump out in the day after latching? coz i feel that if i pump out, and the milk doesnt replenish in time for the next feed..

if i have alot of supply, then i can pump out the excess..

hi all, have started my massage today with Ida.

She ask me to eat spinach and papaya fish bones soup to increase milk supply.

other than that, try to take those preg/lactating milk for mom 3 times a day instead of milo

for teng.. calendula is a key ingredient in skin care.. i am so kiasu that i have stocked up 6 tubs! coz 6 tubs i buy one go.. cheaper.. adds up.. buy 3 tubs.. get 3 tubs free! whahaha.. ok i am sot again..

re desitin for heat rash.
can actually apply a very thin layer. concentrate on the area (rub near disappear kind. not gao gao one layer hor) when u see the visible spots.. dun over wrap bb.. must wear holey singlet..

Mddm Rokiah only did the breast massage.. she also tell me the same thing that if i want post natal, she will send her therapist to do instead of her. Initially she also told me she will send ema down to do the breast massage for me then i told her "could you do for me personally? coz i heard from estelle that u are very good" hehehehe..

I didnt know Ida can do breast massage too.. so i told her abt my engorgement and she know i went to find Rokiah w/o me telling her hahaha! she say "why i nv call her!" she can do free for me. hehe she also said that alot of her customer didnt know she can do breast massage

but i think ROkiah is better.. she and her "Magic hand" (quote by hb) haha.. i can see my milk shooting out. haha... so far i only had a session with her.. on sunday. this week is my jamu massage so will be on binder for whole day.. maybe i'll ask ROkiah back after my jamu massage to clear a block duct on my L boob..

there's another way which you could possibly latch and remove the lump at the same time. but it takes some coordination

aim the bb's chin at where the lump is and then u latch.. so that the chin will 'point' at the lump for it to 'disperse' when bf-ing.. this is a trick taught by a very experienced moo-moo on my other thread... so if u imagine ur breast as a clock.. if ur lump is at 12 noon.. ops. u got to latch ur bb upside down!
was also told to latch the bb in all directions using all holds so that bb wun get stuck with a fav position.. and end up we have lumps in other spots
