Anyone got recommendations? My bum aches everyday and I need hubby to massage them every night but does not help man. I juz called one tt my coll recommended but tt lady cant speak much English and she not willing to come to my location.
I rem one of u mummies mentioned abt it some weeks ago and said that she is quite gd. But i lazy to search thru.

I found this position quite encouraging and saw it in the website b4 (But cant rem which website) tt might help to turn babies heads down. Juz spend some 5 mins daily and get down on all fours while u watch TV. Can even do this on ur bed. I did it for my #1 and it works.
Don't panic if u r not approaching 33-34 wks yet. There is still space for baby to turn. Most imptly i believe in keeping a +ve mind. Keep talking to ur baby and encourage him to turn.
