wow the BW girl so pro ah. hahaah.. my fren told me BW is more painful then giving birth... maybe all depend on the person we did the BW ba...

i wish to do BW too but worry am not lucky to get good therapist to do.. so my hubby do for me :p... he very gentle...

straight after you pop, how much weigh you lost immediately?

TMC have breastfeeding consultant rite? did they visit you?

i already book 1-bedded with TMC lor.. im very fussy& privacy person.. so i cant really share room with pple la.. i go crazy..

I am singaporean lo, hub is malaysian lo.
I very gey gao wan.. if i move, i want somewhere transport that is convenient, like where i staying now. Else move to ulu place, with no bus coming in and out (like my sis's place @ admiralty), with no car, I rather not move.
I will only move unless i really super duper cannot take it anymore XD need to save those $ for bb leh >.<

Hi gals, have no chance to update till now, i gave birth to my baby gal Elise on 16th Aug morning thru C-Sect as mine was a breech baby. She is all well &amp; good. Have been insisting on total breastfeed. Hope to see more mums birthing soon. Btw, i'm at Mount A. Baby weight at 3.26kg &amp; length at 52cm, rather close to baby Keegan.

Love Mount A service from the nurses. Very caring &amp; patient. Great support from them, am enjoying my stay with hubby here. Feels hotel like in the new wing...

ME! And not only pain in the pelvis area, also will feel my stomach tighten and very uncomfortable.. plus my legs get tired very easily. Usually happens after about 45min of walking.
 
haha... me not 45mins. juz 10 mins will feel pain liow.
Cannot go for shopping liow. My first one still can go shopping at the last day of giving birth.

which is the infant care centre that you've chosen? at bukit batok or at your workplace? you know, my boy used to be cared for by a bb sitter who stays at your block! she's a really nice lady whom we liked. the bad part of the arrangement was that we had to stay over at my mum's place on weekdays because i breastfed fully - so had to cosleep with my boy. going to work was also a hassle since we didn't drive then. we eventually moved my boy to an infant care centre when he was 1 year 1 month old so that me and husband could move home and get to work easier. our workplaces are actually walking distance from our own home, or only 2 busstops away. hey, if you're ever open to considering a bb sitter, can PM me and i'll tell you more about the sitter who stays at your block =)

we actually purchased our flat after the en bloc scheme was announced in 2004. good thing to get a new flat in such a mature estate. but downside is we've been staying in our dilapidated home for 5 coming to 6 years. a lot of insects and cockroaches because we're overlooking a park and living on 4th story. we're also living on low cost furniture (my bed frame is giving way! have to get a new one before #2 arrives) and no renovation. aiyah, that's why can't wait to move to the new place.

I'm not sure but for c-sect right, I read that they will cut just above the hair at bikini line. Hence to prep you for the procedure, the nurse will shave you. I think I came across before in another forum thread, when nurse shaves it can get quite painful cos they wanna do a fast job to prep you for the op. And also the hair regrowth as a result of shaving will be coarse and the coarseness may cause you to itch in future. As opposed to BW, the hair regrowth will be fine. And it takes 3-5 weeks before your hair grows again hence more hygienic when you experience the bleeding after delivery (lochia).

That's my opinion, that's what influenced my decision to go do BW.
