flower4> erms. i find her massage hit de points leh. n more importantly, last time before massage, after sitting on de floor for long, i find myself unable to stand up. now much easier.

maybe u need let her know where aching, etc. den she can focus more on de area?

i got tell her liao, after that she use more strength. i did told her b4 she start, i usually go kenko those type of massage so she has rough idea how my pain tolerant.

flower4> o. i oso told her i use to go to body massage n foot reflex prior to pregnancy. so told her she can use more strength. actually at some point i find it quite hard, but tolerable.

i only went to ivy recently after back ache until buay tahan. intending to go once every 2wks. but olways book last min, so sometimes have to drag once every 3wks.

booked Transformers online last night to watch this afternoon at 1530hrs.. He got a call at noon to go into pasir gudang to work liao.. initially, we still could make it for the show then dinner before he goes in tonight.
then another call came to ask him to report to office first at 1430hrs.. ticket wasted. everything so last min.. duno when coming back somemore... my mood definately swang... angry, pissed, sianz, sobz....

My STRIP therapist is Boey (pronounced as Bowie). She's at Wheelock #03-04. Tel: 68361200. So far she's the only one who can wax me without ingrowns and itchy regrowth. I also dunno why. Tried a few therapists with STRIP already, but she's the only one who can do the best job for me.

I also find Ivy's massage very helpful in terms of my backache and hip pain. After waking up the next day, totally no aches and pains anymore! That's why I started recommending her to the mommies here.
 
ytd also went for gynae's appt. everythings ok, baby is heavier then i expected. i expected baby to be about 900gms, but gynae says shes 1030gms. i've put on 10kgs already so far! keke... but according to gynae my weight still GOOD! so am thankful that i can still eat eat eat without much worries. at this stage, i'm still feeling hungry all the time.

pao sheng is american ginseng. it is good for ti(2) shen(2)... i think for building health and give you more energy, something like that. normally pao shen you can buy those that are sliced thinly and can just mix with hot water and it becomes like a drink. if you make black chicken soup to bu(3) bu(3), you can also put inside the soup and boil together.

not sure wat's the benefits of 泡参, but my mum told me to drink till end of 6th mth then stop because over 朴 bb will be too big
palm size lean pork (~1" thick), 10g 枸杞子 (i think .. stopped for a mth liao, can't really recall the exact weight now), 30g (i think) sliced 泡参
brew for 3 hrs, drink once a week

i'm now 27wks going 28wks. so i suppose next wk on, i'd be in 3rd trimester liao. i also never weigh myself at home, coz no weighing machine at home. me too only weigh at the gynae clinic.

avent nipple cream, can it be digested by baby? i think there are 2 types in the mkt right? those that are "ok" if the baby digest it, meaning mummy doesn't need to wash off. and those that must wash off? i remember reading somewhere that its good to start using like 2 wks before delivery, as it will help to open the ducts...something like that.

i've also tried the nachos before. they're nice! almost like those at the cinemas...maybe even better. i didn't try the salsa dip though..only the cheese dip. but i feel that the nachos chip cld have been better. very BIG pack though! hehe..

Atos Spa, Ultimate Spa,FIL spa &amp; etc massage la also china chinese physcian massage, tried all kind of massue lioa la... spoilt for choices hahaaa. i jus tell Ivy i go kenko, so she know my pain tolerant heee... anyway her location is too far for me la.

If you want those that don't need to be washed off, you'll need to get the lanolin type. It can be digested safely by baby, and protects your nipple while breastfeeding. Lansinoh is a good brand, I used it with my #1. Medela nipple cream is also lanolin based. Not so sure about the rest.

Last 3 mths as in the hair only grow long enough to be waxed again. Cannot be bare for 3 mths one lah, unless hair growth really really slow. But I don't think anyone's hair growth is THAT slow lor. The hair will usually start to grow out within 1-2 wks, but the good point about waxing is that the growth won't be stubbly (like our hubbies' chins), but it'll be soft.

I think a waxing session done at STRIP is ard $60? I'm not too sure cos I signed up for package and they just deduct the value from my package. Then it also depends which type of wax you prefer (hard or soft wax) and whether you pick the X, XX, XXX, or XXXX wax. X wax is just basic bikini wax to make the bush neater, XXXX is EVERYTHING OFF (including the hair around your asshole). I've been doing XXX (wax everything off, but leave a small strip in front) because it's become much more painful during preggy, so if leave a bit of hair means I can skip a bit of pain.

Babies will come to an age where they will like to play with tags. My #1 went thru that stage when he was about 1 yr old. They fiddle with the tags, rub between finger and thumb, chew on the tags, and all sorts of cute patterns. If don't have tag, they usuall just play with pillow corners.

So far I've tried Strip, Spa Haven, Hollywood Secret &amp; Honey Pot. But so far preggie time only try Honey Pot so going back to them again lor. Didn't like Stipr &amp; Spa Haven cuz they v hard sell, kept asking to buy their after care products &amp; sign package. I stopped going to Hollywood secret cuz e usual lady left.

I usual wax it bare cuz find it cleaner, really appreciate e bareness when u having menses or with the lochia flow after delivery and all.</font>

Hi mamaato6js, waiwai and gina for your good advice, at least I feel better. Yes my school procedures has all the safety guidelines in place which you have mentioned like screen at the security, 7 days home quarantine but my hub still very worried about me and bb's health that we could get affected. My hub suggested that I should see our family doctor and get MC. Yes I have to wear a mask and I guess I should be in the office and stay far from the public. I was quite piss off cos I ask my manager for a day leave on mon she rejected my leave and said there is a lot of preparation to be done on monday. never think of my fear, worries and concern...I also have a thinking of asking for a transfer..so angry

hi gina, i been with school for almost 8 years. I dont think I will be in any stations as I know some of my colleagues need to report to school very early in the morning to help. As for me, I should be in the office. was consider to take order coz my son like playing in his cot &amp; everytime kena knock his head till crying. I did buy few cot bumper but the height of bumper very low neh.. only fit for 1st level of bb cot. now my son use the lowest level of his cot liao..

hehe.. i stopped my mommy's milk the moment doc say if i want to con't to fatten myself up then i need to drink the milk.. :p so of cos i dun wan!
my skinny fren had to drink milk as much to plumb herself and her bb up during the last trimester.. and bb absorbed well and had weighed 3.13 kg at birth!

antenatal class
yesterday saw milkyway finally! haha.. thot can say hi to her after lesson but she's gone when it over! got free avent goody bag with a small milk bott and some baby skin samples.=)

mrs wong played delivery process video during the 1st part of class.. from home birth to hosp to water birth.. OMG.. i cant imagine going thru the birth process liao..

seems like it ideal to 'mow' it off... and if we do it (wax) after wk 37/ 38, will the pain/ sudden panic start contractions? :p

my #1 is turning 1 year old soon... 2day the family and relatives celebrated for her. feel so touched to see the once fragile infant is turning into a playful toddler.
