like to ask how u keep/ organise those regular items for bb usage on hand-easy to reach? put them in a cot organiser / multi-purpose bag hanging on the cot? or a trolley basket? can share? Thanks!

Eh, what I heard from old ppl is that GIRLS will suck the beauty from the moms, so that baby girls will be born prettier. How come these old wives' tales all differ one har?

I keep the bb stuff within reach by putting them in a 3-drawer cupboard beside the cot. Because bb will have "itchy hands" and start to take everything out of those organiser bags once they get older. I feel drawers are the most practical, and can buy those safety drawer locks to install once bb is older (and clever enough) to open the drawers and pull everything out.

But this time round with #2, we're going to get a wall storage cupboard and install on the wall near the cot. Because with 1 toddler bed and 1 cot in the same room, I have to remove the 3-drawer cupboard liao. Otherwise no walking space!

Can someone check with their gynae if your appt is this week if the flu treatment is effective for preggies like us? And if there are side effects affecting our bbies?

gd morning. I hardly post here but am due in september too. would like to get feedback on breastpumps. Can anyone tell me which is better - the ameda dual electric pump ($388) or the medela pump in style that comes with the shoulder bag, containers and cooler bag (retails at $700 plus but i think you can get it at about $500 to $600 on sale)? I know it can be subjective but would just like to get some feedback on these 2. how about the medela mini electric dual pump ($305.60)? Thanks alot

I went to Dr Adrian yesterday, i requested to listen for bb heartbeat and he did it for me.
My bb had turned at 29 weeks 4 days, weight 1482g (i tint bbis heavy but Dr A said it's ok)

Im having a boy and have pimples(v big)too. Got a scar cos itchy hand,went and squeezed it. Hopefully will recovered

maybe u called up at TMC to chk if there is any other discount?
cos i signed up during 1st mum's congress.. then when i go TMC to collect goody bag, the counter's showed that NTUC cardholder got more discount rebates when signing up FBI/ SBI there.. not sure still have or not...

Yes went NZ for honeymoon, 16 days in total in Dec last yr!! miss it so much, the weather, the scenery, etc!! I'm not done uploading all the photos, took too many already! Wonder when is my next trip out...

i asked gynae b4 i went aus for my holi. he said baby's organs r fully formed by now and is not going to affect if we take tamiflu. but first we need to survive the h1n1 if we get it la. as long as it doesnt affect us it wont affect baby cos we r in 3rd trimester already so baby more stable
