somehow missed ur replies cuz lately I read thru my emails via iPhone.. Sometimes busy then delete without reading.. Just read thru then saw ur replies..

Finally calmed down after carrying her throughout tight tight close to me humming silent night..(her usual night time song) Then fell asleep on me..she was on me till this morning 7am. Then put her down next to me.. She slept till 11am without waking up for milk.. Imagine 2 rocks for 10hrs!!

kiki, Ian hasn't put on much weight since last month too. He seems to have lost weight so I brought him to his PD, gained only 1 kg but grown taller thus look skinnier. She suggested feeding him more often instead of feeding on demand. She also suggested starting him on cereal once he hits 5 months.
Mummies, can I know your bb's height and weight? Ian is 65cm and 72kg at 21weeks. Seems very small but he's nursing well, dunno why not growing much.

for my girl's case, she has not put on ANY weight for 2 wks,thats why i'm worried. abit not normal rite? shd at least put on a bit bit? 2 wks ago she went for 6in1, she was 6kg, 2 wks later still same! i think its normal for the 'growth' to slow down but not totally not put on weight. but i guess it's better then lose weight lah...else i'd be even more worried! i'm worried that if she keeps on not gaining weight, PD will order for a blood test to be done. dun want my poor girl to draw blood!! so now trying really hard to up her feeds and increase her cereal to twice a day.

i think ur pd is too paranoid la!!! though its not common for bb not to put on weight at this stage but its definitely normal. there r some bbs who dun put on weight but grow taller. anyway most of our bbs this age will put on 500g? some 200g only, all v normal as long as active. no need blood test la aiyoh exagerrating leh. maybe next mth she will start puttg on weight leh??

hi howz everyone? didn't log in for quite sometime... sooooooo busy with work and kids. hubby and kids take turn to fall sick for the past 1 month, spent >$500 on kids' medical expense in 1 month!!! faintz.
i've lost another 3 kg in last month after starting work... for me, working is the best way to slim down

i sure hope so!! these 2 days i feel horrible. my girl hor...usually all smiles and happy. until feeding time, she will drink what she's happy to drink, then after that i have to like 'force' or keep coaxing her to finish up. then sometimes she will struggle and cry. i feel horrible, sometimes feel like crying myself.

my boy also lor these few days only wanna drink milk when he sleepy! my helper said will make him sleep first then even in his sleeping mode, he can sense my helper placing a napkin over his neck and will open his mouth automatically! when he is wide awake he only wanna play! at most drink 100ml then he stop!
yah i know v worryg if no put on weight but as u mentioned, only 2 weeks right? if never put on weight mth aft mth then i think u have a cause for concern. maybe its just temporal.

yah mine started his nonsense abt 2 days ago?? he needs to split his feed into twice. but im ok la as long as he finishes his milk each time. my helper has it the toughest lor cos im nt home whole day mah. usually come hm then go out so helper does the feeding 80% of the time. even if im home im probably busy coaching my older boys their sch work! i cant imagine u gotta do all the feedings urself hor?
no la u not kan cheong i thnk i wud be too! just monitor her lor. at least urs is eatg cereals mine havent started! im just too lazy or simply no time!

THEN my boy see fil, he CRY, fil carry him CRY even worse.... then he said HE HARDLY SEE US SO HE DUN RECOGNISE US. i'm too sick of him saying same ting everytime he see me, so i tell him off in a very nice yet sarcastic way: Oh cant be. My boy weighed 7.2kg when he take 2nd dose 1mth ago.. last week i br him see doctor cos sick, he still weigh 7.2kg... never gain weight too.. but i think cos he sick.. height i cannot rmb.. shld be 62 or 63cm....

My PIL are looking after my daughter so I bring her over in the morning before I go to work. Today, he come and tell me say that oh bb comes to our place is so happy that she always smiling, but when she goes home bb face is so unhappy! I kept quiet. Of course she is unhappy cos its near her bedtime when we bring her home. Where got ppl who are tired smile happily? When I bring her there she has slept more than 10 hours and had a full feed of course happy.
When I told him that she is suppose to nap but I woke her up cos I need to carry her over, FIL said, let her rest before going to nap again. REST FIRST BEFORE GOING TO NAP? What logic is this??? Rest = nap right? Just simply because he wants to play with her, he says this. The best thing is that when she cries or poos he just hand her over to my MIL. My poor MIL.
My heart just broke when he hinted that my daughter does not seems happy when its time to go home. I was so tempted to tell him off but I ren!
When I tell him not to let bb stand too much although she loves to stand, he just held baby up and told her to tell mummy to go to work and say bye bye to me. Seems like rushing me to work and do not want to listen to me. He does not want me to talk to bb that much also, thus rushing me off to work.
Sometimes I secretly hope that bb will cry whenever he carries so that he cannot carry her. But this will ku le my MIL.

When I told him that she is suppose to nap but I woke her up cos I need to carry her over, FIL said, let her rest before going to nap again. REST FIRST BEFORE GOING TO NAP? What logic is this??? Rest = nap right? Just simply because he wants to play with her, he says this. The best thing is that when she cries or poos he just hand her over to my MIL. My poor MIL.

When I tell him not to let bb stand too much although she loves to stand, he just held baby up and told her to tell mummy to go to work and say bye bye to me. Seems like rushing me to work and do not want to listen to me. He does not want me to talk to bb that much also, thus rushing me off to work.
Sometimes I secretly hope that bb will cry whenever he carries so that he cannot carry her. But this will ku le my MIL.
