It's nice seeing all the mummies at the gathering yesterday.


I just came home after going to orchard to see the x'mas lightings with hubs, baby &amp; in-laws. She's such a curious baby cos when we put her in the baby bjorn in a front facing position, she's happily looking around at the lightings and people.

Oh ya... Hubs and I went to watch Avatar this afternoon. The graphic effects and storyline were great. It's a show worth watching.

my gal's feeding quite erratic. sometimes can go for 5 hrs without feed, sometimes can only last 2 hrs. so now what i'm trying out is feed more each feed and try to lengthen the intervals unless she tells me she is hungry then of coz i got to feed her sooner lah.

actually initially wanted to get helper. but i think i can still cope. anyways, me no time to exercise nowadays, so take doing hsework as doing exercise, an opportunity to work out :p anyways, i think do myself faster and cleaner also.

how do u measure 40degrees for FM making? i always arga arga..if say i make 120ml, then 100ml will be normal rm temp and 20ml will be hot water. whats the brand of the airpot u got? sounds good that it can set to 40deg. maybe i'd go get one too.

and one side is enough...
i just rem that while i try to latch both sides, she'll end up puking milk...
but when i only latch one side for 5-8min...she dun puke milk at all!!

too geh kiang for past few days!!!

and today feed every 6 hours one side...it feels good.. coz its hard hard..kekekee..
now one side is pretty hard...see if i can dong till later 6am feed. kekee.. :p

i got soo tired and lazy to have not pumped for a week..
and i tot my ss is dropping liaoz..
feels so stressed when my boobs didnt feel hard last 2-3 days..
but today feels ok leh..
and my girl also back to 5-8min latching again..
when she recovered from last milk strike..she latched for 15min - 45min loh..
think she making up for lost milk..hahaha..

and i thinking to stop pumping till i go back work..
coz i very tired to wake up at nite liaoz...super lazy..
thinking to wash and keep and store...and then to throw them all away later on.... irks me..
and why bother to pump if i'm throwing them away..(COZ MY FRIDGE NO SPACE TO KEEP SO MANY!!)
so i always throw like 2L a month..throw the old ones..and keep the rest for another month..
waste money and milkbags!!!

and i thinking to feed my girl fresh EBM when i return to work...
like keep only in lower compartment for 48hours max...
and i dun wanna feed her FBM if i can..
means pumping for daily needs..
wahaha..dunno feasible or not..and dunno by that time wil still got so much ss or not...

guess most pple agar agar? can't be use therm right? my airpot is tiger brand, but zojirushi also got. i feel that it's a gd investment, esp if stop bf n full-time fm. having that is a help, rather than having to mix here mix there lor. or maybe it's my laziness acting up again haha

nope, i took a leave of absence for 8 mths. plus maternity leave, annual leave etc.. 1 yr lor. dunno if i can tahan staying home, but i shall try. money wise gotta save liao, can't spend like i used to.

After 2 days of "Commando" training, my boy still wakes up at 3+am, but this morning he didn't cry, just "eh eh" for 50 min then fell asleep himself...

nice meeting you! am super concussed when back yday.. went home, left baby with mil and went out again. fell asleep after pumped milk. this morning woke up at 11am!
ya, Lucas was ok when we left. Have to carry him in standing position, luckily got sling, or else dunno how to carry him home.
He was super cranky yday cos he was v sleepy &amp; hungry as well i think. first time he's like that when outside... make me panic oso.

Thanks to prettymums, Step &amp; Rach who helped me with Lucas.. if not i will hv missed all the good food. = P

Yup. I agree. Airport is a good place for gathering as it has improved over the years. My #1 and #2 had great fun at the castle and mini playground when I sent my maid off last month. Has been coughing since then due to lack of sleep. They kept pestering me to take them everywhere.

2. My neck floats have 2 different sizes just like the popular swimming centre which they have 3 sizes.
Jus FYI, there is no such free size neck float. Some bbs are born huge &amp; some are born tiny.
&amp; Neck hole Circumference CANNOT be adjusted although it comes with clip/vecro.
If you try to tighten the neck float, the neck float circumference will be compress &amp; It will be Oval shape causing bb to be unbalanced in the water.
Theres no way to loosen it either as it will be strangling on bb neck.
Well.. the brand which im getting has been in SMH bp since OCT 08. Maybe you can check with Oct 08 mummies.
Y im stating here, its not whether i got the sales or not &amp; to be honest most of my sales are by referral. But i think its impt to really check on the details b4 you put comments

hmm.. i think supply makes a diff? coz u know my supply's not fantastic, so prob takes longer to approach 'explosive' limit? ur supply is very gd leh, n u're usd to pump every 2h, so 4h is actually counted as double ur usual interval liao?

but what i did was drag pumping from 3h, to 4h, to 5h,.. slowly slowly, cannot immed jump from 3h to 8h lah.

Yes, my 2 new maids are slow learners. One is totally new with no experience while the other worked in Singapore before looking after an elderly person and no experience with children. I'm really starting from scratch... good thing is they do not argue when I try to correct them.

My cough usually lasts a month. That's why I hate getting a cough.
