FLATTER hor. Not FLAT yet.

My tummy will probably take another 2-3 wks to flatten out properly cos my tummy gets REALLY HUGE during pregnancy! Super stretched out like nobody's business. Even mama to 6Js also say my tummy damn huge.

I heard that wearing abdominal binders will help, so guai guai keep it on everyday since delivery. So far really seems to work leh. Esp after my hubs bought me the Bamboo Belly Bandit and I started wearing it on Saturday. Everyday can see it's getting flatter and flatter! Really amazing leh. And best part is that it's actually more comfy than the surgical abdominal binder. Wear to sleep also cannot feel that I'm wearing it. But now my tummy is much smaller, the M size I'm wearing is getting loose! Wondering whether I should ask my Hubs to buy the S size for me or not... But it's damn expensive leh.

Cannot do postnatal massage until 2wks after delivery cos I c-sec mah. And I going to cancel my booking liao, cos Hubs going back to work on Monday, then who will watch the boys when I'm getting massaged?? So suah lah. Not going to get massage liao.

No lah, it's not MLM! (I hate MLM.) Then this product I already notice when I still preg, but too expensive, I 不舍得 go and buy. Then he say try lah try lah, if can make me slim down faster and make my C-sec area more comfy, then why not. So he ownself go order and collect for me so I can start using immediately, no need wait for postage. Cos if you ask me, I also 不舍得 spend the money on it lor.

It comes in sizes, but slightly adjustable lor. M size is 38-42 inches (I know my belly damn huge lah). You refer to the website for sizing lor.

On Saturday I could only velcro the Belly Bandit right at the beginning, when my belly was ard 42". But since ytd I had to velcro all the way to the other end liao. I assume at the rate it's going, by Sunday my M size will be loose liao lor. Later must go measure belly, see how many inches I lost.

I think the $$ quite wasted leh. Cos it's quite expensive, then I only wear 2 wks then cannot wear liao?! Maybe can try to sell off 2nd-hand cheap cheap... Recoup a bit of loss? hurhur.

wow ur bb is really heavy!! and we have quite close EDD hor and i wonder if mine will be 3kg by next Mon.. was only 2.5kg last mon lor. People dont believe i'm due next month leh... sigh...

flower, I see my name being mentioned! Have been reading briefly but not in details. My little Nate is still in hospital cos still have not reach 2kg. But its going to be soon. In the meantime, have been busy expressing, visiting Nate and also taking care of the first one.

Just realized that I have not really share my birth story. Well, here is goes. I had a premature rupture of membrane on June 5. Was hospitalized for 3 weeks until infection sets in and docs decided that all anti-contractions methods ceased on me. So they let me go into labor naturally. Since my waterbag has started leaking, my brain automatically started me to have contractions. On Jun 28, 1100 pm, my labor process started. Pain intensified from 5 am onwards. At 7 am, felt the urge to push and kept telling the midwife but she still say no lah, not yet. Who knows, I started pushing and with 2 pushes, Nate came out. She kan cheong lor!! Immediately called for doctors. In just 2 mins, the whole delivery suite was filled with like 10 docs (mostly from the neonatal department). Nate was whisked away from me immediately cos they need to ensure that he is alright.

Regarding jaundice and blood group. Yes, it is medically proven. Jaundice will be higher for babies whose blood group is different from mummy cos' there are antigens in mummy's blood that will work against the baby's blood. But jaundice is very common now cos a phototherapy will just do the trick.

Congrats to all the mummies who have popped! So happy for you all =)

kiki... TMC charges about $900+ for 2 days of phototherapy in year 2008, can claim most of it from medisave, think only the professional charge for PD (about $100+) cannot be claimed. think it is much more ex than public hospital...

Hi all, went to see my gynae yesterday. it seems that i'm already 2cm dialated and starting to have mild but regular contraction. most likely gonna deliver next week cos she don't think my little gal is interested in staying in for too long since she's est 3.4kg yesterday gynae thot she's in the good size range even she pop at 37 weeks. hope to have this weekend spend enjoying with my ds as the only child for the last time b4 he shares mummy and daddy with his sister. wish me good luck, will be seeing my gynae again next mon

Hi mummies thanks for all the wishes... finally got some energy to login .. and manage to get 2 pics out from HP...

It been a fast and furious day for me yesterday.. as the pain is really wating me up and insisted to have induce coz it really bad pain... therefore in the morning doc break my waterbag in his clinic and send me to hospital immediately.. so reach hospital around 10.45am and then normal procedure change shave poo poo etc.. the drip for contraction start around 11.30am soon it kick in very fast 1hr time i around 12.30 i was 5-6cm dilated... in abt half hr plus it become so explosive that i almost gone .... i only know PUSH!!!!! GET HER OUT FROM ME... then 1pm plus out she pop!!!!!

Suppose end of the story but my uterus seem slow in getting back plus many many blood clots.. doc already remove quite a number of it but in the later noon i still have many blood clots to be remove and it was awfully pain..... then cannot pass urine on my own got to be drained and giddyness din goes off ... still kind of weak..
Who knows this chubby 3.78kg.. is such a good sucker... each latch minimum of 1 hr.. this morning latch her for 2hrs then couldn't get to the correct latching position nipples crack and sore.....

so now still resting... wonder this time round how many days then can be discharge...

My piles are killing me! Applied cream yet cannot relieve any pain nor relieve the swelling.

I am so scared of going toilet &amp; walking ard.

of cos i know the pain i suffering now is nothing compared to labour pain.

i need to watch wat i eat due to my rashes too.. so it helps a bit to curb itchiness and the spreading.. cos almost anything with diary n eggs, i try not to eat.. lol

they will grow. guess the weight didn't take us by too much surprise as my ds was born 3.82kg at 38wks. smaller size bb are easier to deliver
