Those bags that we carry out when we bring bb out...

Btw I did eat a bit of pineapple tarts during CNY &amp; I even ate pineapple when I was in Japan. I also eat pineapple on my pizzas. So far, so good., But it's up to u lah.

I more bochap I guess. I am drinking lots of tea, eating pineapple, drinking cold drinks.. so far, nothing happened. Hehe but if u can tahan, then u dun take lor. No harm also mah. For me, I cannot stand the temptation, so naughty hor?

No lah, cautious is good. For me, I was careful for the first 2 mths+. Esp when I kena spotting in my 7th/8th week. AFter that, havoc liao! I also had a m/c last yr too.

Haha I just got no self-discipline. Dun learn from my bad habits lah hehe.

It took me a long time to get over the loss.. haven really got over tho' but i learn to at least accept the fact that bb is not there le.. 1st anni this coming tues since the DnC..

i went thru it hard.. hubby went thru it with all my nonsense too.. so im not taking any chances lo..</font>

i now oso try to restrict eating pineapple, although doc nv say cannot eat. although i usually dun eat pineapple. but seems like now wanna eat hawaiian pizza n pineapple rice. keke. but doc told me not to eat durian. still tot of going to goodwood park hotel nxt mon for deir dessert buffet n whack de durian puff. now got to put tat buffet out of my mind -_-"

better take care, esp since u got complications one. try not to eat anything which u feel might hurt the bb. cos if anything happen, will really feel guilty. like tat time, i drink alcohol when pregnant, den tat time de blood test came back say bb high chance of down syndrome. i felt really guilty. tot it was becos of the alcohol tat i took during pregnancy. after tat while waiting 3days for the results of my amnio test, i tell bb to be strong n healthy, cos i wun eat anything tat will hurt him. including my fav sashimi =x

dun think too much now, ur bb will be healthy this time round

yep, i got a 20% discount for the okiedog diaper bag at the motherhood expo. i think if i remembered correctly, i paid $71.90. i like the fact that the bag is able to attach to the pram. so very convenient for me, i can be 'hands-free'.

i also got some line marks on my butt. hmm... but i dun think its stretch marks. it should be cellulite, afterall, i've put on 10kg so far already :p my belly however, so far so good, very smooth and nice, no marks at all. hehe... coz very diligent in applying the stretch mark cream everyday.

Thanks! My gynae specifically told me not to take those 3 ma(coffee, tea n pieapple).. so i listen lo.. My first bb heartbeat just stopped at 13 weeks.. i also blamed myself tho' gynae say its not.. really dun wana feel guilty lo.. its a terrible feeling de.. not only I suffer.. ppl ard me suffer too..

Yea.. tryin hard to not tink abt it also.. Feeling bb's movement daily keeps me going.. My next gynae appt tmr.. but goin to postpone till mon.. just in case hub comes back on sat, he may b able to make it on mon if no delays la.. So im waiting till Monday!!!.. cant wait manz...</font>

dun blame urself for wat happen, dun think it's ur fault n dere's really nothing u can do. as long as u stick to refrain eating wat u think might hurt bb. tat time i scolded bb for kicking me. den 2days bb nv kick. made me so worried, i got to tell daddy to make bb kick.

haha. tat kick was really a sign of relief to me. now juz hope bb is healthy. now i only tell him mummy pain when u kick so hard. kick softer k. haha. cute bb. i think he really understands.
 
today my #1 turns 1 year old, but on her 1st birthday she fell from the sofa... heart pain.. then MIL went to rub her bump on her forehead... more heart pain. i dun care, just carried my gal away from MIL.

I also believe that babies understand what we are saying, even before they are born. I also tell Keegan to be gentle, etc etc. But last time when my friend preggy, she complain her bb kick very hard, then she ask me HOW? I told her to tell her bb to stop it lah. She told me: "Tell him?! He will understand meh? He's just a baby lor..." It got me quite... angry. Afterall, whether bb understand or not, just try and tell him to stop it, it won't hurt lor. try try only mah. If bb understand, then good. If not, no harm done also. But she say feel a bit "stupid" to tell her bb in the tummy to stop kicking.

I still anyhow eat leh... pineapples, hawaiian pizza, tea every morn, etc etc... and i don't drink milk or take DHA consistantly anymore!! guess i'm a bad mummy when it comes to food... keke

same thing with me as doc advised no tea and coffee and pineapple.. then i still ask him after 5 or 6 mth what i need to avoid, he say tea and coffee.. pineapple can take liao.. so i had hawaiian pizza too! but in moderation lo.. jus once a mth thingy or smthing.. it cravings that we need to satisfy.. i had tea or coffee (small amt) once in a while too..
eat what u feel is okie to take.. in ur comfort =)
my mum says.. must eat a bit of everything, if nt bb come out liao.. he will drool at good food he didnt get to taste when in mommy's tummy... lol

i oso eat pineapple rice, hawaii pizza, cocktail but al mus be in moderate la. if womb is weak better skip la.

Stretch Mark, never mind la, most impt is bb strong, i din apply anything cuz afraid any creme may harm bb thru bloodstream, im more kiasi ah.. cuz i have few frens lost their bb at 35 weeks onwards.

jess, i see so is mt A not TMC giving freee bb bathtub ah..

Jul, so good ah, u collect antenatal class freebie upon payment at parentcraft ah, for me i make payment to the nurse durin the lesson lor..

and i pay non delivery at TMC rate leh, but now i decided to delivery at TMC duno they can refund some discount to me anot hor ? :p

i ate just 1 piece of pineapple tarts during CNY, i purposely bought it cos it famous.. then aft that i got a bit of spotting.. aft the CNY public holidays, immediately go see him for 1st consultation (recommended by my colleague. then i know i need to avoid sm foods.

i believe in dun eat peanuts/ nuts stuff now.. cos will cause allergy to bb later.. and make me grow more pimples :p even though dr. woody nv advice :p

Me refraining from peanuts too.. DH got asthma when he was young.. I read peanuts might affect bb with asthma n skin allergies.. so i try not to eat as far as possible.

im seeing dr bean on mon too.. but in the aftnoon at SK.. supposed to be tmr evening.. but i postpone till mon.. hopefully if hubby returns to sg on sat.. then he can make it on mon lo.. Im counting down too!</font>
