My Pd also said dont use it till baby knows how to spill it out. I showed him the earth best one some more n he said "why so hurry!" Meantime just brush baby teeth n let her experience brushing. No toothpaste.
Piggytoh, no no me not going to US lah. But my BIL is going back for vacation so I'm giving him a list to buy for me lor. I specially asking him to get the gel for me to rub my backache. It's very good called Orthogel Pain Reliever. Very ex in Singapore but US is only 20% of the price here. When I pregnant n suffered backache I also applied it. Very effective. Anyway too much to say.... not me going. It's more than 20 hrs flight, I'll never want to go back there!

Btw, it said the gal was found no breathing ard 12.30pm wasn't a lunch time in cc usually? oli the cc knw wat happen to the girl..so sad.

piggy, not carpe diem..it's another cc at blk150+. i went carpe diem tt day find their teachers not vy good & the fees they r charging is way too high for this standard.
So i shortlisted the other one cc (the one i mentioned abv) & PCS CC near my block.
May i knw is PCS cc is it under private?

ic..vy hard now all playgroup act like a cc so they will ask u to enroll for full day cos the diff vy little.

Piggy, vy sian those better cc or playgroup all are further from my place lo...not convenient for me to drop & pick her up everyday.

hmm i ever bott those sweet outside sell $1+ for 1 i pay $0.80 for 4.. those expiring in a mth or 2 usu they will bundle n sell cheap cheap got once the galbo choco only $1+ retail $3-4... n we buy back office eat v fast finish so we dun mind those keke...

piggy, ya MIL will go back to work when jovia turn 18mths..but i also dun wan to trouble them to fetch jovia home too..so will send her to cc nxt yr..near my block oli got PCS & PAP de

piggy, those charge $500+ after subsidy the environment & teacher & student ratio are good right?
for full day cc it's $700+ before subsidy, after is ard $400+ but for void deck standard is too high. the student & teacher ratio is 12. the teacher are aunties

i dun mind pay more if the environment & teachers is good. location is pretty impt cos everyday to & fro also a prob.

830 to 9am - breakfast
9am to 1140 am - circle time and then lessons
1140am to 1210 - lunch.
so u can actually bring her child come in during circle time n bring him out before lunch.

piggy, jurong too far for me..even i drive i find it too far alr. i'm not sure if we will b driving nxt yr, if yes i may consider to put her near bt timah area or hillview.
piggy:: if i were to put Mattea & Keona to playgroup or childcare (whichever it is).. i oso intend to do only a couple-hours session or half-day session. BUT, i too, will in fact..consider signing up a full-day instead. reason being, i will have the flexibility... in event my mum cant come over to 'babysit' them when they're out of sch.. or when hb/me cant pick them up.... we can hv option to leave them there the entire day.

bobo, i'm working in t.bahru area. so i prefer to put somewhere near my hs cos i may chg job or wat then end up the kid hv to chg cc. also in case i work late in-laws can help me to fetch her home.

geez me not at west side.. dunno which pat's u refering to? but another forum do complain abt this ridgewood branch.
my tots on this school.. actually they do have regular teachers workshops and etc, whereby teachers from different branches meet up n such.. so the quality of the teachers shouldn't differ that much (as compared to some of the fast spuring franchise preschools ard.)
my #1 is with LAP branch in serangoon. i am happy with the school, so is he.. his school has about 200 students. b ut the principal remembers lots of children's name, inclusive of his.. a friend's kid just joined the recently opened whitely branch.. she was scared too (coz heard alot of new teachers).. but so far so good for her son.

I've decided to put mine at MMI. Need to register this coming Sat, left one seat. Next year Feb starts, if my girl can walk on her own confidently before Feb, she can start earlier.
My experience is to visit these preschools and talk to the principals, it makes a difference when you talk to the principals as well as the teachers.

BB, the principals usually good cos they r good in selling kekeke..but teachers usually u wun hv chance to tok to them right?
