i juz call them the menu dun look interesting. they say can discuss face to face session with them on the choice of food. during the timing the whole place will be ours no walk in guest.

mine still around leh.. had a big one b4 pregnancy, but now even bigger..

wondering if wearing a girdle really helps?

Just that now its much looser and saggy....
Im lazy and not going to do anything until ive stop my baby plan...heehee....till then...=P

i thought of that also, no point working so hard to lose it then get it all back after #2...

but its really quite big, and someone asked me yesterday if i got #2... i just told that person no its left over from shayna. usually i cant be bothered, bu maybe cos she irritated me just b4 so i am more affected. ahhaa

So close one eye first lah n tahan till close factory then start to work on tummy area...but by then maybe also dun bother liao cos too busy catching up sleep and cleaning up the house...hahahhaahhaa...

actually I feel tt after all the BB plan shd be harder to loose ESP combine from all preg ...for me I rather loose wat I had from current 1 at least not so much to loose after each preg but den no time to excercis everytime I see my saggy tummy v sad:x

just before my son fell sick, someone commented if i am preggy.. boo~

i came back after Denson's 1 week homestay, i tink i lost some weight.. not easy losing them man.. n my weighing scale had to fail me now.. otherwise i can b happy for a moment..

at birth maybe she can be at the extreme end (heavy weight baby) but now, those who's birth weight lighter than hers, all heavier than her....

about loose saggy skin, do u think girdles really work? I tempted to but cannot stand how u wear girdle then the excess fat is pushed upwards! then i'll need a corset to squeeze all of that in... i am not in confinement, dont wanna be bounded up again..

Pegsfur: i had v bad backaches after delivering #1... but people told me if i nurse myself well after delivering #2 and during confinement, it will go away... and it worked! but during confinement have to really ensure no carrying of baby excessively. cannot stand or sit up much... try to lie down as much as possible... and it worked!

actually many of my friend prefer to try to slim down after finish bb plan cos like some of u they find it a waste if we were to preg again.. but i would say it is much tougher den u slim down for individual bb.. n most likely it will accumulate n make us fatter only... n with 2nd bb we will have less time for exercising also.. sigh we woman really poor thing :p
 
Piggytoh: I think it helps. For first kid, I was too young n dun really care about those things e elders say. I contd to drink water n keep staying up to play games during confinement. Din take much of those stuff my confinement nanny cooked. Really body got bad after that. Backaches was e killer.

But #2, I listened lor... Then backache really improved n body got bEtter...

as for slimming, I managed to slim down after #1 but after having havIng no2 can help body can't slim down so much n etc. Prob cos age is catching up. But still think shld slim down before e next kid. If not stubborn fats will b v hard to get rid of.

if u tinkin abt those beauty salon ... i tink they dun help much leh.. many of my friend spent so much n din slim much... i tink exercise is the best... u still young mah... i tink in a few yr time when i hit 30 i will face the same prob sigh...
 
Piggytoh: actually not so much for slimming but yo reduce tummy area. Cos even when I slim down after no1, tummy still there and skin loose... Now it's much worse, so thinking of doing those treatment to at least help to firm up. Age really matters...

Today decided to cut short Sophie's evening nap and it seems to work! Went to sleep at 9:30 instead of the usual 10. She had two naps in the day, one from 10:50-11:50 and another 3:30-4:25. Probably give her more time and see if her sleeping time will shift earlier to 9. When she sleeps early really more time for myself.

Don't have to have #2 one yet and already I have difficulty shedding weight. Actually when I breastfeed I did lose weight that I gained during pregnancy. But I also think that if I breastfeed can still afford to eat. And I'm the kind that really likes my carbs, bread, pao, rice, noodles, etc. So in the end now even heavier than pre-pregnancy! Pengz.

Calling mamapapa,
I realised that for Sophie, when I ask her to call mama she will not do it. But when she's in desperate need of me, eg pick her out of cot, left alone in her play yard then she will call. Haha happens to a lot of my friends kids too. All thee kids trying to out smart us!

actually i notice hor after givin birth my appetite become bigger leh even thou i stop Bfeedin liao.. hungry easily even my kolig same thing.. if dun control abit really easily will gain weight..

i regretted not having #2 earlier now. maybe i will be able to slim down faster if i am younger. haha

Reduce Tummy area
i still hv this fats around the tummy area too. after no#2 still hv not get back to pre-pregnancy size around the tummy area too. woman sacrifice a lot, get out of shape after child birth, still have to maintain to look good.
 
Now you ladies got me worried.
Im lucky I was able to lose preg weight for my no. 1 though the tummy area become loose and saggy.
Was hoping that would be the case for #2 too so then I can tone up all together....
Now seems like losing it after 2 preg is more difficult ?!
N im already 30 when i gave birth to Nat....

do your babies know how to hold a biscult?

My baby does not know and she wants us to feed her. whenever we have a biscuit and we want her to hold herself, she would just open her mouth and waiting for us to feed her.
if she would to hold herself, she will just anyhow aim at her mouth and drop her biscuit. in other word, she doesn't know how to hold.

I wonder, if this is normal for a 10month old bb? oh, we tried both small and big biscuits...FAIL.

start to train with small one, we use happy puff to train him tat time when he is abt 7.5mths old. show him the way to hold n put to his mouth. with practice n praise they will pick up the skills. now my boi can hold any kind of size of biscuits, small traces of paper on the floor he can pick up oso. n he pick up n put into his mouth.

i can only said it's the bad coordination of her holding the food to the mouth...

give her some time...she will be able to learn to coordinate soon....

ya, u r right, bad coordination. sometimes she even aim at her cheek. i wanna fainz.. and the funny thing is that even if i guide her and put the biscuit into her mouth, the moment she aim her cheek or lip or mouth, she will let go the biscuit.

april, is happy puff small small size or big. but anyway she still want us to feed lo....

my mum said is good also, then she wont pick up small things from the floor to eat, hahah. bonus.

joia, good to know sophie is sleeping earlier! Yes, sometimes really helps to rest early or else will be concussed at work the next day.
 
my girl imitating her bro brushing teeth... took his toothbrush and put it inside her mouth...

after a while, she removes the toothbrush n searches for her mag mag spout cup to drink some water..

yeah ~~~ gonna start her early using a real toothbrush.. gonna buy one toothbrush for her tonite :D ..(kekeke she still bo giah though :p)
 


i remember someone discussing about cakes the other time... i have been ordering from 7thmanna for past few years as its cakes are really nice.
