Now is down to the 3 caterers. I dunno which is good, didn't vote. But have a suggestion.
We order for 70% - 80% then the remaining amount of money, we can order city satay, otay etc. Cos from the menu, quite boring and straight forward. Keep thinking of satay satay satay ... Haha!

to make it easier for sharon, i think we should use standard colours for t shirt material (e.g. either pink/blue for gals/boys or all white)
Font wise - one font/same colour for each gender
If using logo - one logo for each gender
Those printing for siblings etc - can check with Sharon for further specifications.

1) regg condo can only book certain timing
2) many can't make it for earlier timing
3) and also many don't want it to end too late either.

i got no idea how to create a poll in google docs..in fact i just figure out how to use google doc.
i can;t find regg's post on the timing - but i thik (memory bad) the slot is something like 10 to 5pm and then 6 to 10pm or something like that. need to find the post for exact timing.

called yesterday to check, only can book 1 mth in advance, means, i will do the booking on 4 aug, i will try to book and pay for 2 slots : 11am - 5pm, 6pm -11pm, if the managment allow, also, pls note there is a gap between 5pm to 6pm. if they dont allow, i will book for 11am - 5pm ya.
wish me gd luck.
