i went to the robinson sale. personally fine it quite good as it has quite a few selection for ladies in terms of clothings. bb stuff not that much if you wish to buy.
Gosh, i would love to check out the uniqlo sale...simply a fan for their staples such as their sleeveless tops etc etc

Reira, i thought about it before also. Okay it is really not cheap so i wanted to plan properly.
Till i read that when baby start walking, they try to climb up/over the play yard and even got one baby injured badly, i decided not to get it. Cuz think about it, it is more for our own convenience so we can put baby inside safely and do our own chores at the same time, but it doesnt really help our baby in their development right, there is only one activity panel which provides things that we can easily get from a walker, other than that it is just a tool to keep our baby inside and nothing else lor, and it is not as safe as it supposed to be since there are not just one but more cases about baby get injured. So the most i think we can use it for a year only, once they start standing/walking it is not safe to use it anymore..
that's just my personal thoughts lah nothing against it really.. i rather just keep my baby in his own room and make it a safe room for him with just the bumper mat and his toys, plus think it is also impt to let them explore the whole house so their brains get stimulated and they learn more things, just that we got to be very careful and keep an eye on them at all times lor..

yen: yah, i know which one you are talking about. i buy those for my HB as well. I love going to the uniqlo at 313 cos it is big. The one at tampines is usually very packed.
Mashy: If you dun mind me saying, why not ask your MIL whether you can go? Cos if your MIL says ok, i believe that this should "pacify" some of your relatives frm yr HB side.
But of course ultimately it is up to you.

huh? 10mths is only 3mths plus more only..life span so short for the play yard? So not such a good investment? Ya, here got sell the bumper mat, but more ex than the bp..those safety 1st have wan is superyard, not nice one, like kp dogs wan lo..very kelian to put baby inside leh...

erm my HB is onnly trainee 1 more course to clear be4 he can official be a pilot.. i tink the rest of the gals HB not pilot wor... but posted oversea ..

usu for SAF 1 after their 10yrs contract they wll go commercial if got chance got pay alot alot higher..n many airline like to employ those used to be in SAF cos they have the exp n SAF pilot r much well trained compare to commercial tt y i heard many of them go CX cos of the benefit n offer but now maybe like u say they dun recruit singaporean so i dunno.. i got 1 friend now trainee pilot in SQ cos economy no gd they sort of delay him wor so he wun pass so soon no need gave high pay...so poor thing... but still long way so by then den see lor keke..
i plannin to go HK this yr lor hope can go hahah who knows happen to see u on the plane lol~
