How long was joshua given FM? Only the 1st few days rite? Did u start pumping on those days which u gave him FM?

the 1st 2 easy to fulfill one...can sweet talk ur bb everyday...

only the last one difficult...

cos using assisted...
u will be heartpain if bb suffer bruises or tear on the skin...
my ger have tear on her head due to suction by vaccuum...
but ok after a few mths...
 
Jul, think he is telling you he is very active and healthy.

Pegsfur, if I didn't remember wrong, we bought one small tin of FM and I alternate between FM and BM till we finish up the FM. Its not easy to be TBF initially as the milk ss cannot keep up.
Yes, I still pump every now and then to stimulate the ss eventhough there was no milk.

I did not know whether my bb was facing my tummy or my back when i gave birth my #1.

Just the "laughing gas" can make you high?? that gas have no effect on me at all, after the gas i still feel very very pain.
 
Jul, dun stress urself, slowly n take a step at a time. the reno, room deco n setting up of the cot can ask ur hubby to help. other than that, u can focus on buying n perhaps washing...

ur boy stop kicking for us cos he is tired, he need to rest too, dun 4got that...

Irene/Pegfur, supply does not comes immediately, this i understand, however i was told that the FM are sweeter n taste better than BM, hence if the bb got hook onto FM, they will reject BM, have u girls experience anything like this??

frankli, if the supply is not sufficient, i wonder what is necessary to increase the supply

HAha once in a while will get mini "panic attacks" & scare myself. I was trying not to wash anything till I buy the drawers & reno is done. Coz no place to store.. and also reno will be dusty.
 
Jul, really envy u all who have ur own place.. i cant wait for my place to be ready!!!

washing wise, i tink u try to start early bah.. otherwise last min, if u wash alot then u will not have space for drying (just my 2cents worth)

Not having ur own place is good in the sense that u're already constarined. Then u wun need to think so much abt diff premutations, or spend too much $$ buying lor.

my baby also head down liao, i went on my 32w check up my bb is 1.96kg.

According to my gynae my bb growth rate is at 75% at the moment. however it as better the my previous 2 check up, where the bb growth rate is more then 100%.

Sharon, mine is also BTO, so i fully understand how u feel rite now... like u, we onli have a small rm n space is reali limited. worst of all, my hubby's study desk cant be remove cos underneath are all filled with stuff, we are still thinking of what are the other alternatives available..

btw, where is ur BTO?

Pinkmama, my bb kick harder in the nite too, normally in the day, she is quite cooperative.. guess she knows i wil get angry if she fools around w me when i need to focus on work.. hahahaa...

Jul, worst come to worst, if u need to start washing now, pack ur items into smaller packs, then when the drawer is in, stack them up. i know easier said then done but gotto start somewhere.. i just started my 1st batch of washing, gonna continue next wk.....

Shirley, ur gynae is very detail to give u so much info. i usually need to ask my gynae before he will tel me more.. ur bb heading south for his/her grand entry soon, getting excited arent u?
 
Hi all,
Just back from HDB doing my 1st appointment for my resale hdb. 2nd appointment is 5 Aug. hurray.

My HR just told me i don't need to go back to office; meaning i will rest till i give birth & after 4 mths ML. I am abit shocked.
 
Alrite Mummies, i gonna MIA for the next few hrs, visiting the Dr n at the same time to hunt for fitting sheets, wish me luck.......

actually i haf wondering how many hours do our babies sleep inside us? cos most of the time i can feel my baby moving...seems like he dun sleep alot?

i usually pump for half an hour 1 breast.. that time i also started out with manual pump.. my hand literally can break ah.. so tiring!!

then only when my milk supply really kicked in and i knew i could tbf.. i got a medela PIS.. then dual pump half an hour.. saves the time.. and then i wasnt so stressed anymore.. eh.. think it was 3-4 weeks later bah..

same as me! my #1 came out facing my tummy.. so it took me so long to push.. but my gynae was good.. didn't need forcep or vacumm.. she got 2 nurses to push my tummy to force bb out.. so luckily she got no bruises on the face or anything.. just a tiny cut on the head think it was due to using a pin to break the waterbag..

hoping #2 will come out fast and face my back instead..

a fellow mummy wanted to have natural birth but her bb is breech...
and her gynae is like " u must go for C-sect liao"
so i told her to get bb's dad(cos she talk to bb no use) to talk to bb and ...
bb did turn during the last few days of the edd...
 
LawShe, only with my GD my gynae give me how many percentile of my baby growth rate. Previously she didn’t give me at all!

Whether my baby head down is the question I posted to her, or else she will not say anything de.

Not very excited lah, this is #2 liao.
