His prenatal package is $650. cos i stay in Bt Batok we got clinic in Gombak so I jz stick to him. so far my frens & husband's frens also got him to deliver their bb so i thk he's ok.

i get that sometimes too. the trick is to try to change your position. For e.g. if you lying flat, then try to lie on your side.

Now i am tearsing when i am typing this...
I am not sure r we talking abt the same pain area, mine is at my right side of my back hip, center area..i feel the shape pain with every movement..today the pain getting worse, even when i walk also...
with every movement, getting up from seat, from toilet bow...moving from seat, turning body...

mine is usually around the pelvic area, but I read on another site that sometimes it can go up to the hip area. maybe u want to check with your gynae?

This is my first but i can start feeling it since Mon, and everyday I do feel it..sometimes almost at the same times, sometimes at different times.....find it so amazing...
Im now in my 17th week...is it norm to have felt the baby? Or have I been assuming wrongly all the while ?...hahhahahahha

I also have lower back pain when i sit too long or when I do some housework...but it will go away the next day after some rest.

shld be okie de coz sometimes the pelvis area start to expand too.. these kinda pain is common in preggy... but if the pain gets really bad, then quickly go see gynae. it;s your body, u will know sth is wrong when alarm bells ring

My MIL told me during CNY that she killed the rat that she found. I gave her the shocked looked and replied "the rat so poor thing!"
Maybe your doggies can help to keep the rats away.
There's also pest control services, though expensive but worth it!

Maybe your baby feeling tired today..so moving gently..
This is a very personalise and heartwarming feeling, my HB is keen to feel it too but sad to say at this stage, he cant feel it yet.
Once I put my hand over my tummy, the movement stop otherwise I can feel it fluttering around...hehehehehehe...

lol.. i am counting on them to work on the rats.. coz my dogs ever chase the rats at the bottom of my flat. haha.. i got so scared i pulled them back.. din allow them to lick me til after we got home n i wash their mouth...
