coz i remember that it is S$400 all along.. coz learnt thru the hard way when my fren org a birkenstock spree n we happily order n exceed S$400...n paid dearly for GST..
but so long as u package it to be lesser than S$400 thru vpost, GST will not be charged as explained in Vpost webbie.
i org sprees b4 but not items form USA.. mainly from taiwan n hk.. so never hit the s$400 barrier hehe..

my DH dun really like jurong area. cos he's an 'Eastern' boy. he thinks there's nothing in the west. no beach, no place to hang out at night, far frm the city. and the food & drinks in jurong is more ex than other areas. chocolate smell is stronger near boon lay mrt area. other parts won't smell tat. aircraft sound will be heard in old jurong west side and ave 3 side, near jalan bahar. i've been living in different parts of jurong west. frm st.42 to st.93 to st.61. hahahahah!
we viewed a 5rm in bedok. cost $500+K. $100+k more than jurong. and most of bedok flats are bet. 20-30 yrs old. so we decided to get a cheaper, newer(5-6yr old) place.

ya, i live my life mostly in jurong west. except when i was really young, i lived in dover. but i've been shuttling between bedok and jurong for the past few years and i'm getting sick of it. and i'm definitely not going to do tat now tat i'm pregnant. i hate the jams in the morning & evenings along PIE. i work in the west so it's really a dread for me. DH's workplace in central so i told him it's easier for him be it we live in the east or west.
the worst thing is my driving sucks. i panic when i see a lot of cars or big trucks on the road. and it's a manual car. so when stuck in jam, it's first gear, 2nd gear. faint. raining worst. i can't see the road clearly and i wanna cry.

some people think that it is wasteful to stay home n look after bb but to me, i feel happy to grow with my baby lor. the other day she called out "ma ma" i was so happy. hehe.. n i really dun trust anyone to look after my ger.. haha

i also hope to be a SAHM. but it's going to be very tough on my hubby. so i decided to work part-time. at least hv some income coming in & i can still spend time wif baby. the onli headache now is to look for a part-time nanny in my area.

Cleft lip is hereditary. If your family has anyone with this condition, then there's a chance your bb will get it.

i stay north too...but used to stay at bedok for awhile with in-laws but decided to move out...hehee

but sometimes can go crazy when bb is cranky or naughty plus it is a 24hr job.. no slacking. also no one to blame is something goes wrong to the baby. hahah

then shipping can be divided into units eg:
swimsuit/tops/accessories: 1 unit
pants/jackets/small bags: 2 units
jeans/big bag: 3 units
this is the practise which is commonly used in sprees.

Is bb's movement will caused slightly discomfort to mother? cos i feel some puking feeling ard my tummy & my belly button will also become harder if i pressed on it can feel a little bit painful but not severe. I was wondering is my bb's kicking me? cos i has been feeling this for few times in the past 2 wks but not everyday will feel it la.

hey hey.. do u girls wake up in the middle of the nite to pee oredi? duhz.. me woke up average of 2x to pee.. and another few times "just happen to wake up".. in 6hrs of sleep, i wake up on average 4-5 times

No pukey feeling from the bb. Belly button can harden depending on where the bb is kicking. I think last week, my belly button 'swell' up with a triangle tip, then it went back down. Think it's prob the bb moving the elbows or something. hehe. Right now it's still not very painful, just a little nudge. Later it can be quite painful.

i dun think at this stage u shld feel discomfort by bb movement coz bb still very tiny. the discomfort will come prolly at the end of 2nd tri n continue til u give birth coz bb is bigger and space constraints in the tummy.

i pee more often now. i try not to drink too much water at night. then wake up early ard 6+ to pee when my ger wakes up for her milk.

i think i kena played out by the maid... initially when we asked her whether wanna renew or not.. she happily said yes and say she wanna a lump sum in exchange of 2 weeks of homeleave... a few days later, she said her family wants her to go home for home leave.. and she said she is going back in apr.. last nite she told me she dun wanna extend liao... coz her son is getting rebellious on knowing she want to continue working in sg.. darnz... i felt that i am being taken for a ride now...on purpose.. funny thing even my hb felt exactly the same way (which is very usual of him)... now i am back in search of one in 1mths time..

I checked with my mobile phone lunar calender. Yes, there are lap 5th lunar month this year.
1st one on 24thMay and 2nd one starts on 23Jun.
7th month will start on 20Aug, not 07Sept leh... strange

was rushed to a & E on sunday night as had sudden bleeding, thought that we were going to lose baby as was bleeding profusely, even the doctor told us there was nothing else they can do and just said to pray hard. It was a horrific night.
fortunately after increasing the progesterone jabs/meds, the bleeding clotted yesterday. Another scan showed the baby heartbeat to be strong.
Today's scan showed that the bleed came from the placenta, and that there's nothing else we can do except lots of rest(CRIB) + progesterone jabs/pills.
hubby now ration my online time to 5 min a day so can only scan thru the messages here.

was rushed to a & E on sunday night as had sudden bleeding, thought that we were going to lose baby as was bleeding profusely, even the doctor told us there was nothing else they can do and just said to pray hard. It was a horrific night.
fortunately after increasing the progesterone jabs/meds, the bleeding clotted yesterday. Another scan showed the baby heartbeat to be strong.
Today's scan showed that the bleed came from the placenta, and that there's nothing else we can do except lots of rest(CRIB) + progesterone jabs/pills.
hubby now ration my online time to 5 min a day so can only scan thru the messages here.
