yeah gynae said that zachary is ready and can come out anytime especially he is already engaged. but just got news about the strep b test, tomorrow need to go and buy pill so I just asked him not to come out these few days haha hopefully he guai guai and listen this time also.

I wonder how does ur PIL teach ur hb and his bro de? well i think if parents nag too much, also play a part in "chasing" the child away.

i got the same question about kikilala's hubby jumping part!!! donno how his leg manage to get the L shape leh!! lucky we dont have any part need my hubby jump. i think the building will collapse *opps*

i tink partly becos HB parents also v filial they themselves set a v gd example lor n they gave us lots of freedom also so i tink we as parent mus set a gd example lor if we rude to our own parents they will follow 1...
u know hor the kiki HB jumpin pose my HB did exactly the same pose for our weddin album leh really v cute n funnie... even the BS sales ask how he manage to jumb so high 1 keke..

Yeah my last visit was week32. Then she said week35 is next visit. I think b/c when she scanned, she saw that BB wasn't engaged,so she take it easy? But I really am starting to feel uneasy. But cannot diff b/w whether it's mother's instict or panaoia lor! Hiaz..

Haha our HBs wun make the bldg collapse lah. It's for industrial use one. Safe enough hahaha.

huh... week 32 definately wont be engage mah!! for me, since week 20 till week 32, everything is still the same but dr wong still see me on week 34. like fix de. unless got complication need to see her at week 33.

did dr khi explain to u on which gestation week she will see u? dr wong wrote in a note for me and i still got it.

week 20, 24, 28, 32

it looks like superimpose hor! actually we really counted 123 and my DH jumped while I freeze my smile! He is standing quite far behind, so its camera trick.
 
Jul, oh....khi khi huh? I know who liao. By right really should be week 34 then you go for checkup. Anyway, just call and change your appt on the week 34 lor. If anyone ask just say week 35 your hb not free so shouldn't have extra charges.

hahaha it is really a job well done. i thought photoshop de also. very very easy to photoshop to get that effect but RL very hard. must shift and get into correct position.

usu wk 32 is really too early for baby to engage unless exceptional case... maybe u shd relax dun compare to us cos hor a lot of us alr wk 35 n beyond:p but i tink for me after wk 32 my visit is once every 2 wk liao my last checkup at wk 33 so nex at wk 35 so i tink even if u go at wk 35 shd be ok..

Actually my dh wants the same pic like in lacose advertisment where all the models are in the air... but it is too dangerous for me to jump now lor, so I just stand and freeze my smile. looking at my stiff look, you can imagine how many times we took the shots!

Yeah that was the plan Dr Khi told me. Exactly the same as yours. So all along I tot I will see her at week34. But then that day she said will see me at week35 instead, so I feel a bit weird weird lor.

Hi ladies

I'm back! Haven't had a chance to read thru the posts while i'm away, doubt i'll get it too. haha.

Well, firstly thanks everyone for your well wishes and congrats to all who have popped.

My delivery was rather uneventful. Hehe, perhaps it's due to it being elective c-section. Everything happened so planned and easy and not much pain too.

I even got a chance to talk to my gynae &amp; the anaethetist while my gynae was sewing me up in the operating theatre. I was rather alert and they didn't give me morphine after that. The only real pain is the 1st time i got off the bed and when i coughed. The wound hurts badly when i cough.

My little gal Hayley is a fiesty little gal. Only want 1 breast at a time. No switching. If i switch breasts during feeding time, she'll seal her mouth shut. So now i'm feeding her only 1 breast at a time. She has such strong neck muscles and she can pull away from my breast when i try to feed her. My milk came in yesterday already and just now managed to pump out 20ml. Hope it's a good start.

Oh, the Avent Duo is so quiet and comfy.

dun stress urself for nothing la maybe ur gynae find everything fine can see u in wk 35 but if u dun feel ok jus go ahead n re-schedule lor... i hope my nex checkup will be weekly liao

Yup, my mum will be doing confinement for me at my own house. She'll come in the day and leave in the evening when hubby comes back.

actually i was suppose to see dr wong on week 28 but end up see her on week 29 because on my week 28, she was on leave. but then instead of week 33, i see her at week 32. maybe dr khi is going on leave on your week 34?

thats great! maybe u need to change ur sleeping schedule to afternoon or something. so that u got the energy to take care of Ovann if he wakes up at night. hope ur mil wont disturb.

No lah ... she gotta take care of my father's needs also ....gotta cook for him... hahaha .. cos he is the king of the house. But my mum did mention that if i need her to stay overnite anytime, can let her know. She'll tell 'the king' to treat it as her going for vacation

my mil wanna get a nw mattress for bb hand me dw play pen and guess what? she got those soft and thick mattress like a cushion type! those in between have some sewing and make the mattress like uneven in cube cube type! hm.. i hope u gals understand what i try to describe! argh! how can this type for proper sleep????

whoa... i always wonder how some wife can treat their husband as "king" leh. just wondering, your father's "king" position hor, is it like even dont wash his own drinking cup ah? my fil is like that de lor! then my hubby follow also since he was young and since he came back here. but these few days i am asking him to wash his own drinking cup, dont be like his father.

huh... if your hubby is going to be "night shift" hor. then what about his work? what i am going to do is if Zachary actually wakes up at night and wont sleep, i will do the night shift then once hubby back from work in the morning, he will have to do "morning shift" till about 11am cos he need to sleep. haha my hubby is really working night shift.

same... my mil also knock knock knock but if die die dont open, after awhile she will dont disturb us le. well she only do that cos she want to ask us if we wanna eat dinner or something lah. but we really fell asleep not purposely dont wanna open the door (we didnt lock it also).

Same ... i can never treat my hubby like how my mum treat my dad!

Ya, my dad is the kind that says 'eh, i'm hungry' and my mum will go &amp; heat up the food and put on the table. 'The king' just need to move his butt to the chair.

He was even more MCP in the past. He never does any housework and never allowed my mum to go to work, and rather take on 3 jobs to sustain our family. Anyway, my mum oso has the thinking that since my dad so xinku at work, it is only right that she 'serve' my dad well.

But my dad has changed alot over the years, he even helped in cooking a few dishes when we have some celebration at home and he helped to wash up too.

As for my hubby, his working time is flexible and he has 'som-pa' to me that he will help to take care of bb in the nite. Since he doesn't want me to go my mum's hse for confinement, I'll let him have a try of taking care of bb .. since he thinks it's easy.

Ya, i ate half of the duck rice during lunch just now cos i can't finish it. But just now when i take it, i found that it has turned sour .... sian .. so i only took the egg lah. Threw away the rest.

ny autologous blood transfusion is not successful - seems that haemoglobin level is borderline low. So can't do the transfusion.

i juz came back....not many design for nursing top lei...mainly maternity wear....i only managed to get 1 nursing top at $10...2 maternity tops at $10 each...plus one maternity 3/4 pants at $20....cos cant fit into my clothes liao!
asked the lady if they will haf new stocks....she say maybe, ask me come again
good thing is they allow u to try even though its on sale
