I agree with you, gymboree more like a fitness class for mummies with babies too
you can teach shayna how to crawl, initially Edric not crawling I teach him, my brother in law is a sportsman, he say it is good to let baby crawl do not let them skip, he say crawling is co-ordination skill and balancing. when he tell me this, i immediately teach Edric how to crawl.

e package seems attractive, going to sign up but dunno can start lesson at a later time a not.

My gal is very slim but tall, so think will still go for L ,so that her tummy wont expose out when being carried.

I may want to try My Gym at Tampines.
Banana, carrot and tomato White Porridge,
Yesterday i cook something new for Edric dinner, I blend the carrot with tomato cook it with porridge. Yday Fairprice have the mini banana I bought it, before feeding him i put the banana in the porridge cook for 5 mins n smash it mix with white porridge. He finish all. Baby like new taste.

april: yes, crawling is a very important phase, not only for physical coordination but its some how linked to learning later on in life..
Shayna can move onto a crawling position from sititn, but she crawls backwards, trying to learn to crawl forward..

this morning ST's Home page had an article about exposing kids to these classes so early, etcv... stress for kids lah.
I think the only person who was stressed yesterday was me!
irene: harder for me cos shayna couldnt crawl.. the one about pushing the ball up the ramp etc was the worst for me man.

after the class ended at 6pm, and shayna had her porridge (she was hungry!) she fell asleep for one hour, then at night she refuse to sleep leh! (nothing to do with the 1hr nap).. i thought the class suppose to tire them out, how come only me tired out and not her?

ya hor, should wear till 2yrs old.... Hmm, changed it to M size then.

i hv no lobang but went there to take a look on sat as staying nearby..
Happen to have a birthday party there..
Most babies/children are ah mo..n i saw many snowwhite,spiderman,superman,fairy..
hahaha,children wearing costume la..

was sick thru the last few days - finally had the chance to conk out when hubby took over the weekend.

bb ja/sharon - ok to go ahead with design 2. amended spreadsheet and added an additional order.
re: cupcakes
piggy - standard size cupcakes will be nice - let's have something colourful as it will show up nicer on pictures.

I'm quite interested in classes like gymboree .. i din sign up cos like april, the place is too far. It's really from 1 end to the other end cos i'm at punggol. I think the class is good to burn off the bunny energy in Ovann.

Went crystal jade yesterday and was pleasantly surprised when the staff set up the baby chair, and gave us a set of bb bowl and cutlery when she saw us with ovann. Not sure if this is the SOP across all CJ outlets cos i dun think i noticed it when we went there some time ago. But i thot it's nice and convenient for parents who bring bb out for meals. The gesture was nice, but the baby wasn't. Kept whinning & whinning cos he din like the biscuit i prepared for him.

u r right when I hv my number one go restaurant u hv to tell them. Now, autopilot all restaurant when there is baby they will give a set of bb bowl and cutlery, customer service. tat wat govt is emphazing lah...

my friend signed her kid up at playdaze... out of the whole class, only got 2 chinese. the rest ang mor.. makes u feel like u are a expat in a ang mor country. haha..
i agree, trial when they are older, cos i enquire b4.. they have water play, arts and craft, etc... think they can appreciate the fun better when they are older..

i dun have to use anything to entice claira to crawl. she is crawl non-stop & i have to follow her everywhere. she is very darling *faint*, she will crawl to the edge of the bed and dive down to the mattress below and my heart skip 1 beat. *faint*

kindermusik is for music appreciation. gymboree kind is for motor skill and of course exercise crawl and crawl.

i think now restaurant quite common liao. wherever we go, we ask for 2 high chairs, the restaurant will served 2 sets of cultery & bowl for my two gals.

hi everyone,
MC today due to coughing & sore throat..i lost my voice too. after medication feel restless though i napped for 2hrs.
