i use drypers for my son. For my gal, i also fling the diapers in front of her when changing, so now she'll auto lift her legs up for me to change. She likes to chew the diapers, so my hb gives her and extra one to 'chew'. For me, I give her a toy that she likes. Only sometime when she's in a bad mood then she'll roll all over and refuse to change. Then I'll just wear her diapers while she's standing up.
 


Hi Pris, I'll start some seasoning after 1 yr. BTW the last time u posted the dishes u made for your kids, I need to ask you where did u get the food cutter for cutting the vegetables, got rabbit cutter or something for kids. I went to Taka cant find. I asked my hb to check Taka in Japan, also cant find. I would like to get the food cutter to cut vegetable so that kids will kwai kwai enjoy their vegetables.

mashy, thanks. I'll hold onto the toothpaste n use it when baby knows how to control swallowing. BTW, I didnt think of telling my baby that I m putting diaper for her, I should start talking to her more. Lousy mother me.

have been soo busy the past few days!

just got a shock of my life! at the rate that sam is drinking milk, 1 tin of fm will only last about 10 days! is that possible??? n if i use enfa, it'll cost $350 per mth! makes me feel like continuing to pump.

My tin of 900g friso last abt 10 days oso. How much is sam drinking per day? Ovann is drinking abt 600ml per day.
 
pull up pants> isit good? as in for night use can last thru meh? pampers can leh. i can change at 1am last till 10am or so. so abit reluctant to change to pull up pants even though my boy keeps flipping

my 1 tin also abt 10days i usin mamil Gold 700g. my boi drink 540ml /day. so less than $100 /mth.. wah Enfa so ex ah?

6am+ wake up for milk
9am Bath
10.30am Cereal
2.30pm milk
6pm porridge
9pm milk den sleep.

in between will play with him depend wat time he wake up... usu every 2-3hr he wil nap once n 1 of his nap wil be 1-2hr the rest 30min...
 
Enfalac 900g. Stage 1 and 2. My baby drinks 2 cans per month. Not completely drinks 2 cans, most of the time throw away the FM cos baby cant finish. But in average 2 cans per month. Sometimes I feed Stage 1 and sometimes Stage 2. Stage 1 $36.50, Stage 2 $34.50. So one month around $70?

my bb one day schedule is different on wkdays and wkends. wkdays my mum care for him till we back home, my mum will go back at 7.30pm

weekdays :
6am wake up - FM at 240ml
7.30am breakfast - juz simple puffs, bb rice crackers with plain water.
between 8.30am to 9am - bathing time
after bath he crawl around the hse
between 9.30am to 10.00am - nap time till 11.30am
11.30 till noon - lunch time
2.30pm - FM 210ml
between 2.30pm to 3.00pm - nap time till 4.30pm
5pm to 5.30pm - dinner time
6.30pm - bath time
between 7.00pm to 7.15pm - FM 210ml
between 8.00pm to 9.00pm - his night sleep

7.40am 1st milk EBM 160ml
9am shower
9.30am nap for about 30mins
10.40am porridge (half a rice bowl)
will play till he is tired..
usually nap again at 12plus for another 30mins to 1hr, sometimes dun..
1.40pm 2nd milk EBM 160ml
play n play, may nap for another 30mins..
4.40pm cereal 4scoops (similac scoop i tink is the bigger type)
6.50pm i will pick him up from Infant care..
7.30pm night wipe
7.45pm last feed (FM - 200ml)
he will doze off while drinkin and he sleeps till the next morning..

no teeth tink no need put the toothpaste bah...hv kampung eggs must buy fm market or NTUC Fairprice sell? i buy the seng choon sweet corn egg.

fat bobo, I think it's $34.50. $34.++. Must confirm. Buy 3 cans, $1 off. I bought from Medical Hall at Pasir Ris. BTW, fat bobo, I saw u buying the meat/fruit cutter. Is it good? Feel like buying it but dont know if it's good.

My gal on FM, 1 tin can last abt 2wks+ cos day time she drink from MIL's plc which i place another tin there.

cos if i were to slot in a lunch den i need to re-adjust everything again haha so i jus leave it..Also my boi eat 1 full bowl of porridge n for milk finish all at 1 shot instead of abit here n there so if another meal too much le..in between i got gave him biscuit also :p wait till he took 2 milk feed per day i will have 3 meal for him...

btw by 1YO how much milk they need?

My ovann also no breakfast. His schedule:

8+ or 9am - 210ml milk feed
10.00am - Bring both bb &amp; dog for walk
10.30am - bath time
11.00am - nap
1.00pm - Lunch (porridge and fruits)
1.30pm to 3.30pm - Play time follow by 100ml milk
3.30pm - nap
5.00pm - dinner (porridge with fruits)
5.30pm - play time
6.30pm - 100ml milk
6.30pm to 9.30pm - Play time
9.30pm - 240ml milk
10+ to 11+ - Sleep

For me, i oso dunno how to slot in breakfast.

cos last nite i bought bb for 9 mos review PD shocked that i dint feed bb breakfast !!! she say i should have done that!
 
here is Regan's schedule:

8am - 180ml
9.45am- shower
10.am-nap 30 mins
11.30am- porridge + fruits
2pm-180ml
2.15pm-nap till 4pm
5.30pm-porridge
7-clean up
8.15pm-240ml and doze off
 
Breakfast for baby
My PD didnt tell me about baby diet. Maybe he saw baby chubby chubby so didnt ask. I didnt feed baby breakfast wor. 7am wake up, 8-9am 120ml milk. Then 12noon 9 teaspoons porridge. An hour later 120ml milk. Then 3pm 8-9 teaspoons fruit, an hour later 60ml. Then 6-7pm 4-8 teaspoons fruit/pumpkins, and 60ml milk.

javier finish his 900g of similac in 1 week.. so if i buy 1.8kg, last for 2 weeks oni loh.. now he is sick, so mayb 10 days loh..

wahhhh. so many baby so guai. sleep and drink last feed at 8+pm wake up 8+am for next meal. mine is like disaster compared. notti boy

no lah, mine last feed at 8.15pm auto doze off but whole nite he will keep waking up de. last nite slighly better, 1am then till 6.30am. nowadays he wake up ard 7am! super early and dont wanna sleep le.

in fact my boy gd wt too, 9.5kgs but PD say should intro breakfast too. i wanna try cos hoping he will sleep better at nitez.

re eating adult food: I saw a grandmother at AMK hub that day, baby is only about 4 or 5 months..

she fed him an entire portion of mashed potato from KFC!!!

i pray that boy will be fine man..

the dietitan nv mention breakfast but say can give something for morning tea.. hmm.. say after the first feed of milk and b4 lunch.. then say something for afternoon tea too..
last week check, my boy was 9.98kg and 79cm.. but he sick for 1 week liao, and drinking lesser so tink his weight will drop oso.. haiz..
 
Just briefly scanned thru coz Sam wants his porridge soon!

Oh my, is breakfast really necessary? Seeing Ovann's schedule, it does seem hard to insert a breakfast in since he wake up later than most of the bbs here.

What kind of bread do u give your bb? White bread or wholemeal bread? Do u toast it? Or give it plain?
