Does anyone know how much milk the babies should be drinking now? Mine was born end-July, so he just passed the 10-mth mark. He's very uninterested in milk unless it's his early morning dream feed at 6.30am. I tried to drop this feed but he would wake up earlier and cranky but still NOT want to drink his milk! Sigh. With this dream feed, he wakes at 9.30am and has his usual milk (think maybe 80 - 100ml if I am lucky) at 10am, then breakfast.
I know the books say to offer solid meals before milk feeds, but if I do that then he will really not drink ANY milk at all because he'd much rather eat solids than have milk.
Basically he will only drink max 150ml if he is half-asleep or v tired. Otherwise I think he gets bored and struggles. Putting his milk in a cup doesn't work either.
