Bitterness? Haha, that one I really have no idea.
Take green leafy vegetable, broccoli, pork, black sesame etc. All these food suppose to have high iron. I think some nuts too. And as what some mummies have previously posted, don't take calcium & caffeine with all the iron rich food cos will hinder iron absorption
