For mine,
28 May: weekly checkup on Thursday
1) gynae said b b heart beat not good and since b b is in good weight, ask whether want to go for induction. Plus my weight is not gaining but dropping. (Dilation: 1cm)
2) gynae insert pill for induction immediately.
3) stay in delivery suit over the night.
29 May: Big day for Ashton
1) gynae break water bag ard 8:30am. (dilation: 2cm)
2) go for epi as cannot stand VE pain and induction is used.
3) nurse advise to do epi early as the doc may not come immediately if the pain start to be unbearable. hubby said start early or start late still need to pay the same price. Ask for epi before 9pm
4) doctor administer epi on 9pm and leave ard 9.30pm. To monitor blood pressure for a while after epi is inserted. (1st dose is administered) shiver immediately but bearable.
5) ard 10.10am, mid wife come to insert catheter. 4-5 cm dilation.
6) 10.30, feel pain on the right hip. Mid wife add two dosage on epi. Feel coldness spearing to different part of the body from the back when the liquid flow in.
5) ard 10.45, still feel the pain and pulling effort ard vagina.
6) Mid wife check and call gynae. Gynae instruct pushing could be performed anytime.
7) Pushing from 11am to 12pm. (hubby said can c bb hair ard 11.45am.)
8) As bb head is big, gyane did episiotomy and vaccum bb out.
B b only start latching 2 hours after delivery.
1st pump after discharge is disaster as can only see blood coming out. (sore nipple)
Did not give up pumping and manage to pump out 30ml from both breast.
Yesterday did a good pump of ard 40ml for each breast. Hope flow will come soon.
