Hi Jolene,
The 3D photo is part of the package. The doctor who did the scanning asked if we want to see baby in 3D. There are people who prefer not to cos the baby can look weird (like alien). Actually, the doctor took the photo, viewed it first and if acceptable, put it on the big TV screen for us to view. Then at the end, she printed 2 or 3 of the 3D photos. I showed the photos to a friend and she told me it was really well taken cos hers was not that clear and looks scary. The machine used is new so I guess that makes the difference.

Hi Soh - I see. How much was your package? I'm going to do mine at TMC but they didn't say if there's any packages available with 3D. Congrats on the clear photo. It'll be so magical showing your baby next time that's how he looks like inside mummy's tummy.

ask u ladies something..if someone (hb's fren's wife, not very close) keep pushing her gals prelove clothes to you, how do u reject ??? i told her tat i have not know my bb gender yet..and i cant confirm whether i will be having a bb gal..but she still insist tat i take the clothes first..cos they are for home wear..boy or gals also can wear one..haiz..but i dont feel like taking them now..dunno how to reject her

when i had my #1, maybe ppl gave me hand-me-downs too..some are very good condition, some are i-dunno-why-they-even-bother-to-giveaway kinds. So those better ones i keep and pass to my frens whereas those cannot make it ones, i throw away coz i dun think anyone would wear lor.

imagine my fren wanted to give me his children's potty! i almost fainted...he has 3 kids, so the potty is really well-used...i die die reject for that one!

Jolene, I did mine in Paris and 3 official scans are necessary. The first one cost me 130€, the second and last one cost 170€ each. At the reception area, parents sent baby cards of their babies in 3D and the newborn photos. There was a great resemblance between the 2 photos. Very cute. Too bad, my baby lifted his hand and hid half of his face. Not sure if the last scan will have 3D cos baby may be too compressed and can't take nice photo.

Joyce, that's true. So long as baby is normal, we are very happy. Hb is always stress to go for scan cos the doctor needs high concentration and does not talk much. Hb thought that doctor would announce bad news if she opened her mouth.
You know the gender but keeping it a secret from everyone?

We showed the photo to my 4 year old nephew and he asked "How is the photo taken when the baby is still in the stomach?" So cute.

Merry Christmas! My detailed scan went on well. Everything is normal and my baby weighs 462g and its 22 weeks old!

Will be seeing my gynae this friday for her to explain to me my detailed report.

Thanks!! My scanning date was supposed to be at 21 weeks. But then after detailed measuring of the baby, the doctor announced that I was actually 22 weeks already. hahaha I donno why its like that.

bean, sometimes bb grow faster than wat we expect. that time i thot i was only 15 weeks, but after measurement, my gynae say my bb already 16 weeks 3 days. wow i was so surprised. hehe. i have not seen my bb for 3 weeks le..miss my bb so much. mayb tmr after gathering at shers place, i may drop by my gynae's place to scan my bb. i am still counting down to my DS on 9th jan !

Just wanted to share something with all of you! Today I felt my baby kicked me SO HARD so I quickly ask my hubby to put his hand at the place where I felt the kick hoping that he can feel it too. And guess what! the baby kicked again! It was so strong that he could feel the movement together with me. It was so magical and I think he felt overjoyed too!
